This hotel was one of the best stays we’ve ever experienced when staying in Bangkok. The rooms we stayed in were beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. But what makes this hotel so special was the staff. Every single staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would especially like to thank Alex for helping us resolve a minor issue. When we return to Bangkok we will definitely stay again at the Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom.

My first room was on a floor where they were doing major epoxy work in the hall. The smell of solvents was extremely strong and made me sick. They changed room. Good. Now the thing that really irritated me. They called my room at 10:30 AM after I had a long flight. I told them I would call back when I was ready for housekeeping. I went back to sleep. 45 minutes later they banged on my door for housekeeping. Totally unacceptable behavior from any hotel, especially an expensive hotel. The view is good but I will never ever return.

Just checked out of this amazing apartment/hotel.
Location is centralise next to BTS Saphan Taksin & Sathorn Pier. It's also interlink to a shopping mall with supermarket.
The hotel staffs are warm & welcoming. I would like to personally thank Nuch for going out of her way to help me with my Spa booking. She's always giving the warmest smile whenever we past by the reception.
The room is big & clean. Bed is soft with lots of pillows. View of the river is beautiful.
Overall I will recommend this hotel to my family & friends.

An excellent hotel for a comfortable holiday. The staff is super friendly, the facilities are great, the rooms were really clean and well decorated, and its location makes it easy to travel. It all felt luxurious! My only down point would be that the mattress was quite firm, which could be uncomfortable for some, and that the hotel restaurant doesn’t have a large selection, nor alcohol. Otherwise, it was splendid!

This was a great place to stay—I stayed for three nights and was really happy to get a room with a big balcony. The room was spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony was lovely. I also loved that the hotel connects directly to the mall on the first floor, which made currency exchange super easy—took me less than five minutes from the room. Thanks to this excellent hotel, my trip felt smooth and satisfying!

We chose Banyan Tree Samui for our honeymoon, and it was the best decision we could have made. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, and our impression of Thailand has become even more positive. We loved having full access to the private beach, and it was great that all the equipment for water activities was provided free of charge. The breakfast menu changed every day, which kept things exciting. We would love to visit again in the future.

Most of the experiences were good except that starting from my third day of my stay in this hotel, one of the two lifts was out of services. Guests stayed in this hotel had to use the only one lift left there or the staff lift. It created lot of inconveniences to all guests and it was so annoying that people had to queue up at the lift to go the restaurant or getting in / out to the hotel.
Other than that, everything there was excellent including the staff and the room quality.

Hotel is nicely located and there amenities should be more nicely decorated.
Good thing is room are too wide.
But there have no balcony even I requested it early.
Food is nice but same menu for everyday.
And stuffs are also very polite and helpful.

The location is fantastic. A shopping mall is connected to the hotel with restaurants and shops. One can easy access to the wet market, food stalls and groceries with a few steps. The hotel is close to Saphan Taksin Bts and the pier to River city and Iconsiam. You can enjoy fantastic holiday with the stay here.
We have been greeted warmly with the staff. We also got a room upgraded to a corner until which we can enjoy the full river view. Room is big and clean. However the glass we use for brushing teeth was so thin and it could be easily broken when it hit the tap. I was penalized with 42 baht which was a tiny black spot for my stay only. Breakfast with limited choice if we compared with other Centre point hotels. Swimming pool is a bit small. However the facilities are well managed. Highly recommended for family holiday.

The location of the hotel is excellent with the Central Shopping Centre just downstairs. Service is good with friendly staff.
