Has huge rooms but not all deluxe room comes with washing machine. This could have been better indicated when booking the room. Generally the towels needs to changed as it is really dull. Paid an extra 1000 baht for a room w washing machine n river view for 2 nights which was arranged by Alex. He has been very helpful and nice compared with the other duty manager. Hotel is close to BTS and next to central shopping mall.

Excellent hotel. Located near the pier and metro station. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is large and spacious. A great option for a few days.

The room was spacious and bright, with all the necessary amenities. If you don't want to use the kettle for instant noodles, there's a microwave! The lobby connects directly to Central shopping mall, which is super convenient. There are delicious food stalls in the alleys on both sides, and it's also very close to the Sathorn Pier and the BTS station – truly a prime location! Breakfast was quite extensive; my room didn't include it, but I paid extra and it was good value for money. The service was excellent; even when checking out, someone came out to see me off to my car, smiling all the way! Although there was no welcome drink, the lobby had self-service drinks and small snacks, which was a nice touch. One area for improvement: there were too few lounge chairs by the pool. Every time I went, it was full, which was a shame as I had to give up on swimming.

We had such a good new year time with family. We saw countdown fireworks from the balcony.

Location is great, its above a cute mall with a moderate supermarket. The location is easy to get to from the saphan taksin station. Whats even better is that this is close to the ferry shuttle that goes to the Icon siam.
The hotel buffet is good, good selection of foods and omelet station.
Staff are 10/10, accomodating and very friendly.

Wenzhou Victoria Hotel is fantastic! The location is convenient, facilities are complete, rooms are clean and tidy, service is attentive, and the dining is also excellent. Highly recommended! The environment is even better, especially for all three meals.

Excellent location, connected to a shopping mall and close to sky train and Sathorn pier. The room was big with a great river view. The breakfast was very good and the service personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Our family loved our stay at Center Point Plus Hotel Silom! The customer service was exceptional - every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is absolutely perfect- it is right above a shopping center and surrounded by countless local eateries, making it so easy to try authentic Thai food. They also have washing machine and dryer! 😇😇
It was the ideal base for exploring Bangkok’s top tourist attractions including shopping malls. Despite being in such a vibrant and busy area, our rooms were quiet and we all slept very well at night. We couldn’t have asked for a better combination of comfort, location, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Bangkok!
