Inn A Day in Bangkok

We visited TYME Restaurant @ Inn A Day for its stunning view of Wat Arun, and it definitely lived up to the scenery. The view alone makes the visit worthwhile. Getting there was a bit frustrating, as our Grab driver had difficulty locating the place, and we had to figure it out ourselves which can be challenging for tourists. As for the food, it was good overall. I ordered the lasagna, which was served very hot and had a classic, comforting taste. We also tried the traditional local breakfast, which my husband really enjoyed. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. They require a deposit, but it secures a window seat worth it since seating is limited and the amount is deducted from your final bill. Just don’t expect a large space, as the restaurant is quite small. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would definitely come back again.

Wow! What a view! Wat Arun at sunset Fantastic room , amazing bathroom , huge comfortable bed and the most incredible view from room 204. Rooftop bar with welcome drink was a great touch & breakfast was delicious, so much choice, freshly prepared taking in the views of the river & Wat Arun . Highly recommend. Only stayed one night before leaving Bangkok wish we could have stayed longer. Friendly helpful staff too. Thank you

The view of Wat Arun from the room window is spectacular! The staff are all polite and kind, with lovely smiles! The food is also amazing and delicious!

The location is fantastic, ideal for Bangkok, within walking distance of all the attractions.

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve, booking six months in advance for the Wat Arun fireworks. Unfortunately, after operating for 10 years, the Thai government cancelled the show at this site (not the hotel’s fault), though the premium pricing clearly reflected the expected demand. That said, the Wat Arun views alone make this property incredible, and we were still happy to catch a small fireworks display on the river. The room was small but very clean and well equipped. The staff were exceptionally kind and truly went above and beyond - even running out to buy oat milk so we’d have a non-dairy option for our morning coffee. All in all, a great stay and we’d happily return.

Amazing views of the river and temples on the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop bar with good menu and excellent views. Great location for exploring Chinatown.

The room was spotless and perfect. Drinks upstairs were fabulous and breakfast was delicious!!!

I really like this hotel. Although it's small, its location is excellent, right in the alley across from Wat Arun, making it very convenient to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun. The breakfast was excellent—rich, nutritious, and delicious. The restaurant is located on the riverfront, offering stunning views. I also received a complimentary cocktail every day from the rooftop bar. It was so relaxing to enjoy the Chao Phraya River breeze while admiring Wat Arun at night. The service was also a highlight; every waiter was so sincere and dedicated, which was very impressive. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

This is a fantastic hotel! Check-in was smooth and effortless, and the hotel was clean and tidy. The location is fantastic, right on the Chao Phraya River, across from Wat Arun, with a popular check-in spot right outside, and very close to Wat Pho. Transportation is also convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the MRT station. Dining options are also very convenient, with several excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast is made to order, and I found it delicious. Overall, if you're planning a stay in the old town, this is a must-consider. Highly recommended!
