I cannot say enough about my stay here at Ibis Styles.
The staff were incredibly attentive and the food was consistently perfect. Even though we are in bad times and I was staying there under quarantine provisions. The staff never let me forget that I was still in the land of smiles and went out of their way at every turn to keep all customers happy. If I requested something and it wasn't on hand, someone would go out to the store and buy it for me and bring it to my room and the place is super clean. Just an amazing hotel close to the airport but far enough away that you couldn't even hear traffic. The GM of this hotel is really lucky to have a staff like this. They made this stay the very best.

The staffs,foods(especially Thai Food),location everything is really got me satisfied.
I stayed here for 14days quarantine and thank you guys for fulfilling my requests asap.

Hello. Wish to congratulate the team at Khaosarn road IBIS on the job well done.I have an amazing stay over this past fourteen days of self isolate.

Upon the smooth transition of airport pick up to the very polite taxi driver. Very fast and efficient checked in the process. The room had been pre air-conditioning.

Generous room size considering the price I had paid for and bedding very comfy taking the edges off jet lagged.

I haven't tried varieties of foods on the menu, but my room service had been spot on.

I also wish to convey mine appreciation toward the teams of attentive and light handed nurse stations in this hotel too. I had heard many horrid stories but they had put my fears at ease with theirs gentle way.

A few improvement points, if I may. The loo light went out in the third days. Leaking water from the loo water spray constantly after using. Kettle was leaking as well. The spare bed sheet should provide as it long stay without turn-down services.

Electronic payment mini bar full stocking with snacks or protein bars would be a great implement as this would be the new normal in the course of time. Airport did not have ATM and exchange boots were not operated.

I brought 2 groups (15 people each group) to stay during our Purposeful Thailand Vacation. Wittawin the manager was absolutely amazing to work with. Very recommended!! It was our safe haven while being in the crazy of Khao San RD. Breakfast is delicious!!!

Great location. Off Rambuttri Road where you have restaurants, shops, massage places and life music. Also near Khaosan Rd. Nice rooms and swimming pool. Hotel restaurant offers a good variety of meals.

Excellent food. Large choice. Surprising rage of burgers (including satay and basil burgers) and soups (including bouillabaisse and tom yam).
Portions are very generous. Waiters and managers are attentive and professional.
Bakery offering Opéra, lemon cake, etc...
Possibility to stop at Streat (street-eat) when visiting shops all along the street at night time.

Staff was very friendly.
We called a week before and asked if early check in needed booking, and they said we can't book early check in but it was the cost of half a day (which I was fine with).
We came at 5am and they said early check in wasn't possible because they were completely booked. At that point I was a little annoyed because we had planned to sleep then. We ended up going to the floating markets early because of that. They held our luggage free of charge till then. They said they would call me when the room became available but they didn't (not a big deal).
While we were there the breakfast from 6-10:30am was great. Lots of variety. Facilities are new so they're nice for now.
Get a room in the back because this road and the road in front are party streets.

I can recommend it very much, booked it for ASQ and I got very lucky to stay in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and is keen on making the ASQ as good as possible
