I had booked this hotel because it is very close to everything I wanted to visit in Bangkok: The Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, China Town and Sealife. Everything is either at walking distance or a few bus stops away. But what came as a surprise to me was the degree of environmental consciousness of the hotel. For example, the complimentary water bottles provided in the room are made of glass and not plastic and for drinking water or tea/coffee, they provide glass and ceramic utensils instead of paper cups. They have also provided several tips in the room for saving electricity and water (see the pics attached). Hotel staff is very nice and the free breakfast is simple but very fulfilling. Overall, a good stay.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, it was nice of them to let us check in before 2pm, after being on the train for a long time.
We get an okay room on the second floor.
The location is close to the Grand Palace, about 10 minutes on foot and 15 to 20 minutes to Khao San road. The hotel is next to the 7-Eleven store and local street food vendors.
You have to wait to have hot water for a shower, sometimes you need to change the level of hot water to get it faster.
The Wi-Fi was so horrible on our floor. We can't connect with the Wi-Fi even though they have lots of different Wi-Fi user names for each floor. Even after they reset it we still couldn't connect.
The breakfast was good enough, the staff were nice.

And maybe you can be luckier more than us to avoid our problems at this hotel.

If you like to walk instead of riding a tuktuk (which charges too much) to the Grand Palace and other site, Boonsiri Place is a small place yet has wide and colorful comfortable rooms. A good place to stay, indeed, when you're in Bangkok and on a budget. Just 10 to 15 minutes walk, you'll find youserlf in the Grand palace area and night markets too. Just map your path, find the shortcuts. Also, there's 711 beside the hotel which is so helpful if you only need to eat noodles or sandwich as a dinner. Boonsiri is a strategic place if you have an early flight in Don Mueang International Airport which is one of two international airports serving Greater Bangkok.
Hotel Facilities In General, about the hotel, but the rooms are large, the price is also not too expensive, Ali and Ctrip on the set are more than 200 Deluxe rooms, and key from the Grand Palace and Wat Pho and not far walking distance 10 minutes only, along the way there are a variety of street vendors, out of the hotel door 30 meters is home 7-11, change change easy. Personal feel more suitable for family travel, to eat an early lunch, went shopping around 3, 4 hours, and then come back to rest, sleep to four or five o'clock, and then out to activities.
This hotel is in a great location 5 mins walking distance from Kosan rd. We felt safe when we were out and about, even when we came back really late. The rooms are reasonably priced and super clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and these rooms were probably the cleanest during our visit. The staff is helpful and their English is very good.
Only cons I can think of is that the bed are on the hard side and the area is a bit noisy. If you are a deep sleeper it won't bother u. However, you can hear people and traffic and dogs.
Overall I liked my stay here it was cheap and clean. Because we saved money on accommodation I feel we were able to do more site seeing!

Hotel turned out to be good (surprisingly). But I would recommend it for a short stay. Nice design, everything is pretty clean (I didn't expect it already in Thailand) and the price is good. The location is perfect for sightseeing, but it's very unpleasant to walk near the hotel: everythings dirty, strange people.

Very comfortable and clean room. Staff is friendly as well. However, they let someone else take our suitcases from the luggage room. Though they were attentive and willing to help, we couldn’t retrieve our luggage.
A nice place to stay. Close to the action but far enough away so it's quiet at night.
The room doesn't match the pictures and priced at 1500 baht, overpriced by 1000 baht. Service was good and breakfast buffet limited in items. Rooftop lounge way below expectations, wifi ok, but tv limited in English channels. Room felt warm even with aircon set low. Not stay there again.
