Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy in Bangkok

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Legacy Suites Hotel Sukhumvit during my trip to Bangkok, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations.

The service at Legacy Suites Hotel Sukhumvit is nothing short of exceptional. The staff members were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They will make you feel valued as a guest!

The rooms at Legacy Suites Hotel Sukhumvit were spacious, clean, and well decorated. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job.

The breakfast was alright, nothing too fancy but it was not bad. The staff (Anna) attention to detail is just impeccable, and can easily beat 5 star hotels.

Thank you to all the staff for making it such a pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend this place!

I stayed in the executive suite. If you're staying long I reccomend it since it comes with a mini kitchen and washer.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! Can't say enough about the staff. always greets you. lots of amenities. A good breakfast buffet for $150 baht
Good location. Close to terminal 21 and Siam Paragon is a 15 minute drive. I reccomend downloading Grab for taxi service. Definitely will stay again

Legacy suites is a delight in terms of affordability and an absolutely value for money hotel. The suites are very classy.
Bath Robes, umbrella, iron, safe, cutlery, knives forks, fridge with mini bar (reasonably priced+ vat), cupboards and toiletries with( two complimentary water bottles everyday) are provided.
Tv, wifi, charging points(use a universal adaptor for three pin plugs especially for laptops) are also plentiful.
Ambience of the rooms is very good. Rooms r spacious and clean. Bathrooms too are very well maintained. The bed is very comfortable.
No complaints!
I paid close to 4000 INR per night. breakfast was included in this amount..the breakfast menu is limited but the quality is fairly good. The swimming pool and gym are fairly big and we'll maintained.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and are quick to respond.
The hotel is very close to the Emporium and em quartier malls to the left of soi 29 and terminal 21 mall to the right. Both are equidistant from soi 29. Takes about 7-10 minutes walking in either direction. Lots of massage places around. Genuinely good ones (Lek, Phumnee massage). Quite a few interesting bars and pubs close to the hotel within walking distance which makes it an ideal place to live at while in Bangkok..good accessibility to trains and taxis.
Overall it's all value for money.....can definitely live here satisfactorily.

The staff is great showed us the room pool exercise room everything before we booked.
Breakfast is good the staff at breakfast very attentive to their guests. Come back to stay again for 3 days at end of holiday while shopping. Will come again next trip to Bangkok. If you go tell Matt at breakfast Tom and Tookta said hi, and him I'll be back for those seats he holding for us. 😉

Solid hotel tucked quietly behind the Sukhumvit traffic noise on a quiet side street. Easy walk to Asoke & Phrom Phong BTS. Villa is 5 min walk. Awesome pool with waterfalls that drown out city noise completely. STAFF IS BETTER THAN ANY 5 STAR HOTEL I HAVE USED AROUND THE WORLD and I have lived in hotels for years. Whoever trains this staff is amazing. Every department in the hotel runs like they own it. No excuses, no "Sorry, cannot.." it just gets done. Incredible, especially in Thailand. Marriott, Sheraton, Hyatt, look listen and learn from these folks.

Nice, big rooms, some with laundry, and a good staff. It's little from front. The subway and skytrI if you do that want to walk in the heat, but I find if find.

This is my goto hotel in the area. It's a bit of the Japanese area, so there are some good ramen places quite close. The street is quietish and clean with no late night activity.

Excellent place ! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff (especially the doormen) was really nice and efficient ! The breakfasts were delicious. I recommend this place with no hesitations !

The rooms are great, breakfast is great. Location is good, 5 min walk to train. Shops 5 mins. Very quiet location. Pool is great.

Very good hotel! The room is clean and comfort. Good service. Highly recommend this hotel To everyone. The location is also very good because it’s near BTS sky train, famous shopping malls and korean town where you can find original korean food. This area is very fancy area.

There are toaster, flat iron, sewing kit, kitchenware, wine glass and so on.

Ps. I rarely give review on any hotel I stayed, but I’m very impressed of this hotel. Therefore, I want to suggest this hotel to everyone!!
