Clean and hygienic, with a full set of toiletries (toothbrush, slippers, etc.). The bed was quite soft, and the room had no strange odors. Parking was convenient, and breakfast was decent. There's also a Shaanxi noodle restaurant not too far away.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) — Advertised as 5-Star, Delivers Below 4-Star Standards

Stayed at Thaya Hotel Bangkok and this is not a 5-star hotel — neither in service nor in overall experience.
• No luggage assistance on arrival, which is basic hospitality at any luxury property.
• Asked for drinking water in the lobby and was told they couldn’t provide it. In Bangkok’s heat, this is unacceptable for a hotel claiming five-star status.

The aesthetic and atmosphere are firmly 4-star — clean and fine, but not elevated, refined, or luxurious.

What makes this more disappointing is that I’ve stayed at multiple 4-star hotels with noticeably better service than this. That alone says everything about the gap between the branding and the reality.

Bottom line:
This hotel is oversold as a luxury property. Expectations need to be adjusted — because the standards simply don’t match a 5-star label.

A lovely place with an amazing gym and great pool, good bar and decent breakfast. Super staff. Just a tad out the way of centre etc but great for Suvarnbhumi.

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but the room was quite spacious and had a great view. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the front desk staff were very helpful, always offering to assist with luggage when I was coming and going.
