Hotel room spacious -view was not great only concern -did sent a email for better view but still had side view from my room .
Hotel staff were supportive, well spoken and polite and could all speak to me English which helped me .
Breakfast good range for myself , my wife is a vegan so was bit harder for her .
But the kitchen chef made her special meal when she requested which was really appreciative - thank you.
Tuk tuk takes you to local BTS was helpful.
Pros: Clean, decent location, large fridge.
Cons: No power outlets by the bed; they were inconveniently located in the kitchen and under the desk. The old-fashioned hairdryer was a struggle for long hair.
The service ( Staff ) at this hotel is truly the best, 5/5.The view of Bangkok is stunning, and they offer a great tuk-tuk service that picks you up and drops you off at BTS Chidlom for free.Everything was perfect for me! I love it here and will definitely come back again.
