Excellent location. Good prices. Restaurant with good food. Well appointed room with spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. Very limited TV choices (French, catholic news, very snowy Thai, or nonexistent English movie....... No news in English).... But then I'm not here to watch TV.

All the rooms have single glass, so there.s a lot of streetnoise.
Airco is also very noisy + on 6th floor you.ll find airo- machine without being seperated by anything...no door, no wall, so it spreads its noise around.
Restaurant is terrible and lots of street noise and smell.
They want 1500 baht for deposit. Incase anything is broken or missing when you leave.
This is redicouless to me.
Staff is friendly.
Booked for three nights, left after one and cancelled the rest.

Excelent location. Bed and pillows confortable. Clean room and sheets. Complementary tea, coffee and bottle of watter. Close to the pier 13, Khao San Rd, shops, restaurants, even The Grand Palace (20 min walking).
Really noisy, not hotel fault, but impossible to sleep before 1am (when they stop the noise).

As soon as we got into the bedroom the recepcionist came to let us know that she gave us the wro v one and we needed to we change 2 doors away then we found out that there is no swimming pool at the hotel and the one we can use is other hotel 10 min away and after all we been told that there isn't any breakfast at the property even tho we booked with booking and we paid for breakfast included the receptionist with low understanding of English said that she could give us an addres for a place to have breakfast in the morning 5 min away from the hotel so in the morning we went to the place to find out that it was close so they sended us no next door then they asked for a voucher that no one have offered to us then we couldn't have breakfast there we returned to the hotel and the receptionist just arrived and gave us the ticket we wanted the money refund as it was the time to go to the airport and the lady just said that was our fault so no refund all the situation Very frustrating and we left without breakfast and with no refund overall an awful hotel to stay if u leave to the airport early u will no find anyone in reception to give u the deposit or the tickets for breakfast so for us the hotel is absolutely jocke and definitely no recommended at all. Left the hotel very disappointed
stayed here during our bangkok trip although there were some mishaps but the staffs were very nice and very accommodating. The villa is near the tourist spots also. Will definitely go back and stay here again 😊
Poop dripping from celing, horrible stench, did not even get a refund when we tried to go.

I have to say for that price best choice around khaosan road. Best bed, very clean and smells nice. Toilet and shower was perfect. Personal very friendly and makes you feel good in villa cha cha. If you wanna have nice room for giod price go for it.
