Facilities: Some staff speak a little Chinese. There's an ATM for exchanging RMB to Thai Baht, which is convenient for emergencies despite the higher exchange rate. There's also a Lawson convenience store.
Hygiene: The hygiene is quite good and tidy.
Environment: The hotel, swimming pool, and free gym are all excellent.
Service: The service is great! A 10 baht tip goes a long way.
Location: It's a 14-minute walk to ICONSIAM, or a few minutes by taxi.

The hotel's location is superb; you can watch the Chao Phraya River cruises right from your bed, which is amazing. The staff are warm and attentive. The buffet is plentiful and full of authentic Thai flavors. It's only 700 meters from ICONSIAM, making shopping very convenient.

The hotel is nice and beautiful but very far from downtown and the area is not active

The hotel environment is really nice. Lying in the hammock at night with a breeze blowing was very pleasant. There's a Lawson convenience store right next to the lawn, and a little cat at the entrance that would 'mug' everyone, meowing at anyone who passed by. I arrived late at night and there was a Chinese-speaking front desk staff who helped me check in. It's an 8-minute walk from ICONSIAM. When I checked out, I forgot my charger and told the front desk; they quickly helped me find it. Bella and Kookai were both very kind. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent all round. Went up to the 7th floor of Icon Siam to absorb the fantastic view of the river in the evening BUT later find out that the hotel had an even better spot right on the river bank and a closer view of the passing cruise boats.Can hear the music the were playing onboard.
Breakfast has wide choice.Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.Gym was well equipped and clean.So was the kids playing room..
Will revisit and highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel near IconSiam. Big swimming pool with enough green space. Some areas have ongoing maintenance. Convenient with Lawson on the ground floor.

I’m always happy to stay here. There’s parking available, a great variety of breakfast options, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. On my last visit, I accidentally left something behind, and the team kindly helped me get it back — they were incredibly helpful and thoughtful.

This hotel offers the best value for money and exceeded my expectations. It's great, and I'd definitely come back if I have the chance. The service was excellent, and the environment was also quite good.

The location is fantastic, right by the river, and there's a shortcut entrance to Iconsiam. My only complaints are that the sink design is impractical, making it easy to splash water everywhere, and the facilities are a bit dated.
