Hotel Tranz in Bangkok

Hotel tranz location is extremely good, literally just beside phaya thai BTS which has a straight train ride to airport. Also make travelling around easy cause BTS is so near. Has lift and escalator from BTS so no worries about dragging luggages. 7-11, let’s relax spa and factory coffee are also walking distance - great flex.

The rooms booked via their website comes with free breakfast which has a fusion of western and local food, most of the time the menu is quite yummy.

We booked a “Executive 3 guests (2 twns + 1 sofa bed) with bathtub room as we all prefer to have our own bed but they do not have the same kind of room without bath tub.

The only downside is the bathtub. The bathtub design is quite bad as there is a very broad marble surrounding the bathtub. Water tends to accumulate on the marble area between the bath tub and the wall, and there is no way for the water to drain away except flow down to the floor which flooded the area near the bathtub.

The marble surrounding is so thick also make it so hard to climb in and out of the bathtub with no handrail + no slipmat in the bathtub - High risk for fall.

We went massage at let’s relax spa just next next door almost daily but didn’t realised we could book with receptionist for 10% off certain services till the last day 🥲 wish the hotel staff could remind us upon checkin.

The hotel staff and receptionist are also extremely friendly and always greet us when we leave and enter the hotel. Sending our gratitude to staff Oak whom really goes the extra mile by carrying our luggages all the way to the airport rail station and even help us with purchasing of tickets, he is such a gem! But also now we know there is a lift that leads down to the basement so we dont need to lug luggage up and down the stairs of the hotel entrance.

Other than the bathtub issue, really no other complaints about this hotel and would love to visit back this hotel but hope the bathtub could be renovated or be replaced with just a normal shower.

Very convenient location near Phya Thai station. Airport link is very convenient to get to the Suvarnabhumi airport. Very friendly staff always willing to help.
We stayed for 6 days and very happy with our stay. Our special request to cater to the vegetarians most appreciated.

The location was super convenient like connect with BTS Phayathai, SRT airport rail link to BKK airport.

Nearby with the 7/11, many restaurants and let's relax spa.

Great hotel for easy access to airport as I needed to catch the 6am train, and also very convenient to take the BTS to chaktukchak market on weekend, plus only 2 stations to siam! And I really like that there is a let’s relax massage place just steps away and a cha tra mue tea shop at phayathai bts 😂😂

Will definitely stay here again!!

This place is in a very convenient location, but you have to cross the road from the station. also note this is closer to ARL than BTS.
Also note that there are a few stairs leading to the front of the hotel, Which is a burden for travelers(especially those who arrived from victory monument which has too many stairs)
hotels rooms and service are good, while the breakfast selection is quite limited and not particularly child friendly
The hotel room has a smart TV but prime video and.netflix are unusable without an account while YouTube works fine, and live TV quality is terrible.

Very convenient hotel - 2mins to BTS & Airport link. Rooms are quite spacious and modern. Staff are all very nice, especially Oak who gave me a hand to bring my luggage to the entrance gate of the airport train! Thank you!

Nice place to sleep, really close to the airport link last stop station. Minimal style decoration, tasty omelette, and peaceful atmosphere.

Easy to go everywhere.
