I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. When I first entered the room, I saw a transparent spider that could be poisonous at the door. Even a dog would not stay in this hotel. You can see the dirt on the refrigerator and the dirt on the door in the photos. There is not even a soap in the bathroom, not even toilet paper, and the flush valve was broken. Definitely do not stay here. I contacted you about this issue and you did not help in any way. I stayed at twice the price and for the negative situation I experienced, you did not provide a refund, free accommodation or even a discount coupon for my next accommodation. I had to stay in this hotel for 3 nights and it was a complete disgrace. I am not even mentioning the moaning sounds heard at 5 o'clock every night.
