Hua Chang Heritage Hotel in Bangkok

Very convenient, close to BTS, The room was clean, I would go back again., very friendly.

The room was spacious, and they even prepared a separate bed for my child, which was a nice touch. We also got complimentary water every day. The only downside was how noisy it was; even though the hotel has good soundproofing, I could still hear motorcycles outside at night.

Everything nice except the hotel is next to street and metro it s quite loud until midnight

Hua Chang Heritage Hotel is a stylish boutique hotel in central Bangkok blending modern comfort with Thai-inspired design, located within walking distance of BTS Skytrain, MBK Center and Siam shopping district.

Friendly staff. Quick in check in and out. Location wise good too, can use the Pier at the back to escape the traffic jam and access to shopping malls like Platunum fashion mall.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to MBK, Siam Paragon, and the famous skywalk, all within a three-minute walk from the exit. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area, which is really nice.

**Facilities:** It's an older hotel, so the facilities aren't brand new. It has a Thai style, but not overtly classical, which is still pretty good.

**Cleanliness:** It's alright.

**Environment:** It's a beautiful, quiet spot in a lively area. The room was especially large. Good value for money.

**Service:** I initially thought the front desk service was just average, nothing particularly noteworthy. However, staff members in the restaurant and hallways were always polite and greeted us. Everyone was very courteous, so I'd say the service attitude is quite good. But I especially want to mention the uncle and young man on duty in the lobby. Every time we entered or left, they would open the door for us, high-five the kids, and give them candy. The kids absolutely loved them and were so happy. They really wanted to play with them, so when I went shopping, I left the kids in the lobby, and they helped look after them for a long time. I'm incredibly grateful. When we left, they stood at the entrance waving goodbye until our car was out of sight. The kids were even crying in the car, saying they didn't want to leave, which shows how wonderfully they cared for them. They truly deserve special commendation! 👍

Although the hotel's breakfast is simple and doesn't offer many choices, and we had to pay extra for the kids' breakfast, the taste was really nice! The room and the hotel also didn't provide any bags for us to put our belongings in. However, based solely on the attitude of those two staff members in the lobby, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very close to the city center, which makes shopping and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The service was delightful, and the pool on the first floor is quite unique. Breakfast was also a cut above what you'd expect from many hotels in the same category. The only minor downside is that the decor feels a bit dated, but overall, it's a great place.

Very pleasant staff, good hospitality. The hotel is good for relax. Yet room lighting control panel not work well, shower door cannot close properly, water seep via the edge of door.

Too large for this location, in the heart of Bangkok!!! Definitely stay there again!! Breakfast is Good in quality and quantity. Their ice cream complimentary is a MUST try.
