There wasn't a line to check in, but it took quite a while, almost fifteen minutes, because of all the paperwork. The bathroom is right by the entrance, so if someone is using the toilet and you open the door, you can see right in. There's no sink in the bathroom itself; the bathtub and vanity are out on the balcony. This means after using the toilet, you have to walk across the room to the balcony to wash your hands, which is a bit inconvenient.

The room was tiny. The hotel is located in what feels like an Indian neighborhood, completely surrounded by Indian people. The roads around the hotel are also in terrible condition, with construction everywhere. At night, the tuk-tuks rev their engines, creating a constant roar.
The male receptionist, who seemed to have an abundance of estrogen, was merely polite, not friendly, and quite inefficient. It felt like checking in involved countless eye rolls from his side. Over our four-night stay, we only received small towels on the first day of check-in. For the following three days, housekeeping never replenished the small towels or hand towels, nor did they restock the toiletries. Every day after washing my hair, I had to awkwardly dry it with tissue paper. I wonder if it's because I left too small a tip of 20 😅

Great hotel with excellent service and a comfortable stay. The room wa clean, well-equipped, and very relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel isn't really suited for Chinese guests. Most of the people staying here are European or American. The front desk staff only speak English, not Thai, and definitely no Chinese. Their service attitude is okay, though. The room was small, and the 'king-size bed' was actually two beds pushed together with a big gap in between (other hotels with two beds pushed together didn't have this issue). The view outside the window was terrible, and the rooftop pool was very small. I stayed in Thailand for 8 days (at 4 different hotels), and the other, cheaper hotels offered a much better experience. This was the worst value for money room, I don't recommend it.

Great location and a spacious hotel. The breakfast was very satisfying, and the front desk staff were really friendly. However, the bed was unusually high, which was quite unique, haha! As a shorter person, getting into bed was actually a bit of a challenge!

Average for the price, the pool is super small and not many sunbeds. You only get the morning sun, and some of the Chinese guests made it even more unpleasant by being loud, littering the pool with plastic bags and spiting in the water, no common sense or courtesy of sharing the space.
Rooms were clean but some of the light switches wouldn’t work, same as the tv remote wasn’t working properly. The hotel is near a bridge so you hear lots of traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price-average.

3mins walk to the airport rail link, and this can be easily connected to BTS. However it’s a 15mins walk to platinum mall and another 5mins walk to central world. It’s quite a hassle for people who likes to be in the central world area.

Convenient location, great hygiene, and excellent service from the staff. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok, and I highly recommend it to everyone. It's really good!
