Hotel was used for our visit to Impact Arena. A few amenities nearby. Not so touristy. Nice swimming pool on top floor. Amazing Asian style breakfast and the best of that type in Thailand. There is Robinson shopping mall nearby and the Don Mueang Ozone night market. Both worth a visit.

The staff was nice. But the room is definitely not “5 star”. The location is only good if you’re here for the events in impact. No bathtub, no curtain or such for the shower space causing the water overflowing. Spacious room, no slippers were provided.

Staff was friendly, Swimming pool on the rooftop with nice view and quiet area, also they have free service transportation to Impact one time per day that help you to reach MRT Impact. Individual breakfast for additional payment not expensive but, I recommend that should have selection for guests before serving the breakfast set menu.

Because I was on a business trip, I stayed here, it is close to the exhibition hall, the environment is very good, and it is very quiet at night. Most of all the receptionist Stella was very nice, very kind and helped me a lot. Thanks Stella

I have guests staying here for 10 nights and when I visit the hotel, the front desk Burmese ladies are always so caring and lovely! They took care of my child, even cutting his nail and feeding him their dinner.

Basically, it's okay. The shower is good, the shower stall has hot water and pressure. The cleaning was very good. Cons: It's too noisy from the old air conditioner in the room itself and the huge air conditioning system in the neighboring building. It's okay during the day, but it's hard to sleep at night because of the constant hum, like in a factory workshop.

Victory Residence in Bangkok turned out to be one of those rare finds that quietly gets everything right. The value for money is excellent. We had such a great stay ! All the staff from beggining till the end of our stay were very friendly and kind. We arrived late and they gave as upgraded room with extra space❤️ Beautiful pool and view,good breakfast and of course top location! Right next to a 7-Eleven, and super convenient to get to from Suvarnabhumi Airport by subway. Taxis are also readily available. I'd definitely recommend staying here again next time! The cleanliness is pretty good, the service is excellent, and breakfast was included.

We as group of friends stayed there for 3 days in new year period. The location is good which is near to Victory Monument BTS. and a bit much walk to Paya Thai Airport Link. The Family room has only 1 bath & wc which is a bad point for this room. Overall, we had a very fun trip and stay.

The unit is clean and spacious. I like their environmental friendly concept of alternate days room cleaning and unnecessary towels replacement. There is a washing machine in the unit which is very convenient for family.

Great location, right next to the BTS station. The rooms are compact but have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including laundry service. Housekeeping is done daily.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and the area is really lively at night. The room itself was clean and tidy. There's also a 7-Eleven and a BTS (Skytrain) station nearby, which is great. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Bangkok's Sukhumvit area.

The bed is very hard 🥲 I couldn't sleep at all. There is no charging plug next to the bed. Overall, it's okay, not too bad.

There is no hair dryer. The refrigerator must be plugged in itself. But the air conditioner and refrigerator are cold. Very cool. The shower water flows gently. But the sink water flowed very strong.

The room is close to 7-Eleven and places to eat, very convenient. There is a win in front of the room. But at first I got a room with a very loud air conditioner, so loud it gave me a headache, so I asked to change rooms. The staff speaks well. Most recently, I had a three night stay at the Aspen Suites. Overall, I'd rate it as a "no frills" hotel with basic facilities. The hotel is clean, the breakfast includes a few options and little variety which is less than optimal for multi-night stays. Quiet street, yet everything you need is close by.

Room was clean and spacious. Indian breakfast options were okayish. However, there is drainage issue which is not resolved by staff even after informing them multiple times. Same issues were faced by other guests.

This hotel is more like a 3 star hotel. You can tell that right away. There's no grandioso lobby, the elevator Is super small, the pool is more of a wading pool, and the buffet breakfast has very few options. Also, and this is mentioned a few times before...there were cockroaches in my first room, they transferred me, and they were also in my 2nd room. Apparently they haven't found the root cause....

The room smells bad. We have to change room 4 times. We stayed on the non smoking floor, but at about 1230am on the 2nd night, they were people smoking in the room next-door and the cigarettes smell came inside our room. We inform the front desk and they acted fast to resolve the issue. The front desk services were wonderful and the staffs are helpful and friendly.

It has a good location and a price that matches the quality. We had a good 10 days here. The Internet was stable, which allowed us to work. Cleaning, there was water every day. But there were cockroaches from time to time. If you do not tolerate them, then it may not be suitable for you.

For $33AUD per night, there is not really not a lot to complain about. Friendly welcome, large modern room that was spotlessly clean and serviced daily. The location is fantastic. It was great for shopping since it's in the city center. However, I was shocked to find a huge cockroach, and it was a struggle to get rid of it.

It is close to the Sky Train, making travel convenient. The hotel has adapted the building, so there is a mix of dormitory-like atmosphere. The pillows are not very comfortable to sleep on. The rooms are adequate for the price paid.

The rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy, but that's not due to the hotel itself, as the windows are double-paned. It's mainly because of the loud motorcycles on the street.
