Excellent place to stay near khaosan road without the noise or traffic, room was spacious with opening windows with fly screens, had aircon but didn't need it, WiFi was good, private bathroom with shower that has hot water, many eateries near and loads of street food, will definitely stay again

Great location about 10 minutes from Khao San Road so away from the hustle and bustle. Very basic but what you'd expect for the price. Only criticism would be that our room had a bathroom door that was about 170cm tall

Very nice homestay in the heart of a lovely neighborhood. The host is exceptionally polite and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is shared, but that’s perfectly fine considering the price

The hotel is almost in the very center of Bangkok. We got there quickly from the airport with two transfers, including a boat ride across the river. The hosts were welcoming and kind, and we even checked us in early

We stayed for 7 nights here and will definitely be going back next time we are in Bangkok. There is a 7/11 on the same street and you can buy some snacks and then hangout on the rooftop of the hotel for a great view

This place was great! Close to the action but not on the party street. There is a bus stop on the street and it is right along the river where you can catch boats all over. The breakfast provided was a great treat

The mattress is very firm, oh well. The light comes in the window at night. Rooms pretty clean, ac cold and waters hot and its nice and quiet. The staff are two adorable ladies at the desk

The only drawback is the distance from the metro, but this is the situation in almost all of the old center of Bangkok

I stayed in a shared room. The hotel was clean, with good air conditioning and a clean shower and toilet. The location was excellent. I recommend it.

We were allowed to leave unnecessary things for all this time and found a room, although there were no free rooms on the booking sites

Kachitpan is actually the name of the lady owner, and she is 98 years old in 2026! The house was built in 1936, so it is an authentic homestay experience. Located in a narrow alleyway in a local neighbourhood setting

And sitting sipping coffee on the peaceful patio dotted with plants, small fountains, and napping cats you would never know you're in the heart of the city. Air conditioning and shower were both great

The hotel has 2 food stores on the ground floor, ,,7 eleven,, and on the side there is a port on the canal where a boat goes in both directions about every 10-15 minutes

Our executive room was quite spacious and the cleaning staff kept it clean during our stay, although the faucet in the washroom kept twisting every time we changed the temperature of the water

We like almost everything about this hotel, the terrace on the 11th floor with a pool, palm trees, live music in the evening and a bar with a restaurant with a great view

We had an issue with our sink being clogged and they immediately got it fixed for us and later brought us a hand written apology letter and a fruit tray

The hot shower and ac were solid and I was grateful for the hospitality girl on my floor that was accommodating for any of my room needs. (extra towels and water etc) She was absolutely so kind

I also loved all of the little shops right in the plaza. The massage place is top notch, the tattoo parlor is awesome. (I did get a tattoo) and there are plenty of places to buy cannabis

The breakfast buffet is very busy, but the food is really good and there are a lot of options. You can hear chanting and city noises. I found it a great place to relax

There is a lot of nightlife near by so make sure you bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper! I liked falling asleep to the city sounds, though

The location is great you have a massage parlor just outside the hotel and a travel agency where you can book trips, taxis and all sorts

The price is not expensive, the service is good, and the parking is convenient. Be careful driving past the alley.

I went out for a while Sio they could fix my zircon, and it was cooler when I came back but was awake most the night because it was just too hot. So depending on the time of year would determine if I stayed here or not

We had room 311 in the main building, the bed was really comfortable, as was the room, even had a wrap round balcony. You don’t get a kettle in the room, but they do have tea and coffee free by reception

We stayed in two different suites on the roof on different dates. Both are incredible.You can’t get better then this!

Lovely little hotel off the beaten track in Thailand. Food was good and the beer was cheap. Nightlife was only a 10 minute walk away. I loved the swimming pool after a long day exploring the area

The rooms are clean and well decorated, however quite small. The beds are a bit too firm for my taste. The pool area has a nice set up with lots of shade creating a perfect environment for kids and adults alike

The way the hotel is situated the sun shines into the windows on either side of the building, unfortunately the curtains aren't backed so even if they are closed it doesn't remotely stop the heat in the room

Perfect location for the first days in Bangkok. Old town, many interesting places are in close proximity. As for the hotel, it has everything that is needed for your stay

I extended my stay for half day where I had to pay only 200 baht. Location wise, it was really near to khao san and also phra atit pier, although I prefer to take grab ride

Overall really good stay, stayed for 4 nights two of which booked through trip. Really nice location, plenty of good food around, cheap or luxury. Just a few minutes walk away from the entrance of kaosan road

It's in the middle of everywhere (tourist spot), and yet quiet enough. The rooms are held rather small, but do you really need much space? The shower had good pressure. You can't do anything wrong with booking this stay

There is no lift for human access so need to climb up to 5th floor, but there is a small lift for luggage, at least you no need carry heavy to climb the staircase

Overall is good, the room is clean and have everything, just the safety locker not functioning, and room space a little bit small

The balcony door wouldn’t lock in our first room so immediately got us another one. We could leave our luggage there on the last day and they helped us print us our train tickets. The rooms were nice and clean

It is a hotel near Khao San Road. The service is good, they seem to take good care of customers. The room is nice, vintage, contemporary Chinese style. But the disadvantage is that there is no parking.

Beautiful hotel with a unique decoration but limited amenities. Our suite was basically two connected rooms with a bed in each and two bathrooms plus two small showers

The toilet and shower are separate. The air conditioning is comfortably cool. There's an elevator. In the mornings, there's a shuttle to the Ministry of Public Health. The breakfast menu has a good selection. Excellent!

The staff are very friendly and lovely. The food is very delicious. The pork fried rice is delicious. There is also a shuttle to the Ministry of Public Health.

Staff was insanely helpful, they called taxis, motorcycles, tuktuks, and one of them even let us borrow her scooter to get late night street food

The soundproofing is moderate. If you come during the weekend, you have to accept that foreigners are loud. Even talking can be heard in the room
