Great hotel with friendly staff very helpful with luggage and ample parking spacesgood bar in the hotel
I felt like I was being treated differently. Aside from the young lady who checked me in, everyone else, especially another staff member, had a really bad attitude. It seemed like the hotel caters mostly to white guests, judging by its British decor. They only emptied the trash in my room, no actual cleaning. I brought my own towel, but used one of the hotel's to dry my hair. When I asked for a replacement...
The location is super convenient, and I had a really good night's sleep. It's better to pick up your own food delivery because the staff delivery is incredibly slow. Breakfast was absolutely terrible, it gave me an upset stomach. 😅😅
Good service, need a big renovation.
Honestly, I booked this thinking it would be cheap and probably a bit dark/dingy, so I didn't have high hopes. But my husband unexpectedly loved it! The best part is its amazing location; you can easily walk to Central World, Big C, and the Erawan Shrine for a city walk. The area feels very safe too. The room itself was a bit brighter than I expected, and overall, it was acceptable.
We had a great time, first to last day all hotel staff were very helpful, professional and welcoming. the room we stayed in was fantastic and we loved the location too. I loved the decor and the aesthetics. This is one of very few places that we stayed that I had no complaints about.

1. The location is excellent, with the BTS (Skytrain) just 80 meters away, making transportation incredibly convenient. 2. For a twin room, the bed size is quite generous compared to other hotels in Bangkok. 3. The front desk service and staff were all very nice and incredibly welcoming. 4. There's a small bar on the hotel's rooftop, but unfortunately, it was raining the day we visited, so we couldn...
Great hotel in the heart of Bangkok! Love the excellent service and surely my room with bathtub overlooking the city! Great price with breakfast and also I love the rooftop! Would definitely come back here and I really recommend this hotel ! The BTS station just at the front and also nice coffee shop at the front. And the pool is absolutely amaziiing ♥️
Stayed here again after many years and was very satisfied. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and the location is excellent; the hotel is right off the BTS station. The top floor has an open-air bar, but unfortunately, it was closed due to a thunderstorm during my stay.
2nd time I stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is right in front of Surasak BTS. Only a few stops away and you can get to Saphan Taksin (boat to Asiatique and Icon Siam), Central Park Mall, Mahanakorn Tower, Siam Paragon and MBK. The room I booked is big and the bathroom is huge and has both shower and bathtub. Service from all the staff is excellent; very warm and friendly locals...
Starting from the reception, it was a warm welcoming, the room was amazing and the 31 floor. I tried the massage and it was really worth it.
The hotel is right next to the subway station. Initially, I was really worried about negative reviews and poor service, but the guy at the front desk was so enthusiastic and helpful, I was genuinely touched. This is my first time in Thailand, and the front desk staff, both male and female, always greeted me and responded warmly. They were truly enthusiastic and polite, not at all as bad as some reviews...

It was a nice hotel to stay for business trip. Close to main attraction.
Good location for resturant, transport and malls. Hotel room spacious -view was not great only concern -did sent a email for better view but still had side view from my room . Hotel staff were supportive, well spoken and polite and could all speak to me English which helped me . Breakfast good range for myself , my wife is a vegan so was bit harder for her . But the kitchen chef made her special meal...
The hotel service was great, but the facilities are a bit old.
Stayed in a 2bedroom2bathroom type. Very responsive service from the lobby staff, provide shuttle services to bts which is very convenient. Room amenities were all good, just that the power of hairdryer provided was not strong enough.
Checking in is a brisk and greeted by friendly service staffs. The 2 room apartment with 2 bathroom is good for us. All amentities provided and washing machine available in kitchen. Breakfast is good. Complimentary tuk tuk to mercure ville/chidlom bts. 3 7/11 along the way from main street to hotel. On the left of hotel has many eateries. Chidlom bts is few minutes away from hotel.
The room wasn't as new as it appeared in the photos. Pros: Clean, decent location, large fridge. Cons: No power outlets by the bed; they were inconveniently located in the kitchen and under the desk. The old-fashioned hairdryer was a struggle for long hair.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at Lyf Hotel Bangkok for almost two months, and I can honestly say this has been one of the most meaningful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed not in a scripted way, but with real warmth and care. They always found solutions for anything and everything I asked for, no matter how small or complicated. Every request was handled...
I had a really enjoyable stay at lyf Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok. The location is super strategic—just a short walk to the BTS, surrounded by cafés, convenience stores, and everything you need while exploring Bangkok. The hotel has a very modern, vibrant, and youthful vibe. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, perfect for both relaxing and working. I also loved the common areas—they...
This was a really good hotel for the price point. The location was also perfect if you want to be close to everything. And the staff is super friendly! Shout out to Beja at the front desk, she was so nice and accomodating. Definitely staying in this hotel again
The hotel's location was the main reason for my choice, as it is conveniently close to the BTS Skytrain. The property is highly visible on the main road, with a 7-Eleven directly opposite. Check-in was straightforward, and the reception staff offered clear guidance. The bathroom was spotless, but I was concerned to discover dust on the bed. I secured the booking through an OTA. The room was compact...
My 8th stay in this hotel. Never fail to impress me. Hotel is in good location, heart of Bangkok entertainment area but is not noisy. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are decent size. Cleaned every two days. Newly renovated and cheerfully decorated. The best part - the friendly and very helpful staffs. Special mention to Receptionist Noey, Ben and Chopper Sales - Boom. They make your stay special
Stayed here for 4 nights in mid-September and had a great experience overall. It was drizzling during my stay and the hotel was thoughtful enough to loan umbrellas, which was a nice touch. Booked through Agoda at about S$50/night. Pros: • Excellent location, less than 5 minutes’ walk to Nana BTS station. • In a quieter part of the Nana district, yet still very accessible. • 7-Eleven conveniently located...

Very good location! Only 3 mins walk from Asok/ Sumhumvit station, and near Terminal 21. Only 15mins walk to EMSPHERE. Besides of the good lactation, the service of the hotel is very good; from the Front desk to the restaurant, everyone is smiling, and provide high standard service.
My stay at the Continental Hotel in Bangkok was absolutely wonderful, and I have to say the service truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome, and throughout my stay, they were always professional, kind, and ready to help with anything I needed. I enjoyed a perfect four night stay at the Continent and it truly is one of the most luxurious feeling hotels that I have ever stayed at, with very friendly and helpful staff always smiling. The hotel has a prime location in the epicenter of Sukhumvit with everything you could need right at your doorstep. I highly recommend the panorama skyline room, which offers stunning views of the Bangkok skyline...
Very good location and great service are key for this hotel. The pool on the 37th floor is small, but very nice. The rooms and overall decor is a bit dated and should be refreshed. The only issue is the limited number of elevators which at high season can be a real bottleneck. Patience required at breakfast time.
One of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff go above and beyond, the restaurants are fantastic, and the location is hard to beat. They have very comfortable rooms with amazing views of the city. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean. Although the facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained and clean. The family room was spacious and offered good value for money. There are two 7-Eleven stores nearby on the ground floor, and it's also a short walk to Lama9.
The room is clean and big , stuff are really friendly and helpful.
20th floor. Spacious room. Family room 2 toilets is great.
Everything was great. We stayed at this hotel in Bangkok and were completely delighted. We booked a Grand Room, which was really huge and spacious. This is a very good choice for taking a walk to Ploenchit zone, or even take sky train to other places. Additional to that, it is nearby Velaa which has choices of food and even supermarket. Overall room setup is good and cozy. Recommended.
I stayed at this hotel twice. The 1st time, they gave me a nice room with a nice view. There were only two things that upset me a little: the shower temperature wasn't good and there were parties on the 1st floor, but my floor was quite. The front desk staff were all very friendly and cheerful. Our corner deluxe suite was spacious and bright, truly an ideal haven to return to after exploring the city all day. Since there was no breakfast service, we made our own simple breakfast in the room – eggs, fruit, and bread bought from a nearby supermarket. The suite had a full set of kitchenware. The facilities are excellent, the hygiene is top-notch, the environment is quiet, and the service is attentive. Highly recommended.
Very clean, friendly and helpful staffs. It’s my 2nd stay with The Quarter Ladphrao and will continue to book my stays here. There’s a nail salon and hair salon just located on the ground floor of the hotel lobby. Union mall is opposite, with many food choices, as well as Central Ladphrao which is a 5 min walk away, that fulfills my shopping needs.
The hotel is conveniently located near Union Mall and offers easy access to both the Blue and Green MRT lines. It is also close to Ladprao Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. One downside was the check-in experience—initially, I was told I could check in at 2:00 PM, but when I returned at 3:30 PM, another staff member informed me I had to wait an additional half hour. This is an excellent hotel. The staff are all wonderful, and the food is exquisite and delicious. The room details and quality are superb, and the location is fantastic. The front desk staff speaks a bit of Chinese. On the day of check-in, they even gave us two cookies (similar to traditional Chinese walnut shortbread) and mango sticky rice. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok! 🏨 The room was huge and exactly my style. My only gripe was the restaurant – it was a bit disappointing. The new renovation left a strong smell, and the room we were assigned was connected to the next one by a door, like a suite. The people next door came back in the middle of the night and partied from midnight until 3 AM. I was so annoyed I almost...
Location: The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station. Once you reach the intersection, the signs aren't very clear, so you need to look carefully. After turning left at the intersection, you still have to walk about 50 meters. Cleanliness: The hotel's interior is very clean, the facilities are all new, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the shower drain is a bit slow. Service: The...
I genuinely recommend this place. The room design is simple yet sophisticated, and the gym and pool are both excellent, perfect for a lazy afternoon. I also got to try a wonderful yoga experience. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Bangkok, but I hope the prices don't go up!
The service was excellent. The newly renovated rooms are more modern, and the public areas and lobby are beautifully designed. My only minor complaint is that the all-day dining restaurant feels a bit enclosed, and the path to the gym and pool awkwardly cuts through it, which is a bit strange. Otherwise, everything else was great. However, breakfast was quite average. The buffet selection was very...
The service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. We had an extra bed added for our child. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with main dishes ordered from a menu, but the taste was just so-so. The hotel's location is a peaceful retreat in a bustling area; it's quite comfortable even if you don't go out. However, there aren't many shops or restaurants nearby; the closest 7-Eleven is about a 5...

The location is excellent, with direct access to Phloen Chit BTS. Central Embassy is right next door, making it a one-stop shop for dining and shopping. Even though it's been five years since it opened, it still...
Facilities: The public areas of the hotel are quite good and beautiful, but they still fall short compared to the three Rosewood hotels in China. I'm not sure if it's because it's an older property. Hygiene: The overhead shower in the bathroom had a lot of limescale and rust stains, but we brought our own disposable shower head, and everything else was very clean. Environment: The soundproofing was...
The hotel looks great, very upscale and clean. However, being in the city center, it feels quite compact – the lobby is small, and so is the parking downstairs. The staff were all very nice. The food was exquisite but in small portions.
Was by far the best hotel I stayed in ! It’s super clean , close by a mall , the food was great and the staff was super friendly, loved how thoughtful they are at the down time service
Honestly, for a 'gold standard' rating, this hotel falls short. On check-in day, the front desk offered me an upgrade for 9,000 THB a night, which I declined. Yet, they still put me in room 1306, which had a small balcony and a spa bath, and was located near the Sky Train. The room itself had a strong musty smell and a sewage odor. The worst part was being on a low floor; the noise from motorbikes...

The front desk staff were very welcoming and hospitable. English communication was perfectly fine.
The hotel room's Wi-Fi was excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the shuttle service that takes you to the main road. Great! It's super convenient for shopping, you can walk everywhere, otherwise, taking a taxi in downtown Bangkok can be a real hassle! Tuk-tuks also rip you off. It's located right between Siam Square and Pratunam Market.
First, the good points: it's close to the subway station and within walking distance of a shopping mall. The breakfast tasted good, and the hotel environment was decent. Now for the not-so-good: I specifically requested *not* to have a room at the end of the hall (a 'tail room'), and the front desk agent confirmed my request. Yet, they still assigned me one. I'm speechless. Was it a misunderstanding...
