Overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, staying on a lower level means there is quite a bit of noise from the main traffic outside. I would advise light sleepers to request a room above level 12. The window blinds do not block out sunlight very well , I was awakened early by the sunlight shining directly onto my face, along with the noise from the main road (I stayed on level 7). Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to all the major shopping areas and near the Erawan Shrine. The rooftop pool is stunning and perfect for photos. The breakfast spread is generous, and the hotel staff are very accommodating.

It was just okay. The room was a bit dim. I arrived past 1 AM after my flight. They charged a 400 RMB deposit. I asked if I could have a late checkout, and the night shift said yes, but the morning shift said no. Luckily, they didn't charge me an extra fee for staying past checkout time.

It's an older hotel, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The carpet also had a strong odor.

Great for families, with a large and small bed. The downside is the inconvenient location, far from the subway. The area is full of Chinese restaurants, making it feel like a hotel primarily catering to Chinese tour groups. Definitely not a five-star. The lobby was a bit dirty and cluttered.

The room was spacious and tidy. For just over 300 [currency, e.g., Yuan], it came with a pool and a breakfast buffet, plus complimentary oolong tea and coffee sachets in the room. The value for money is unbeatable! The only downside is that the transportation isn't very convenient, as there's no subway station nearby.

I wanted to use the facilities, but since access was only allowed until 8 PM, I couldn’t make use of them. The location is great, but the cleanliness and service need improvement. The bathtub drain in the room was not properly cleaned, so I had to clean it myself before using it.

While on business I mostly look for a decent desk to be able to work while in the room and this one had it.

The location is starting to show its age and things are not working as before. The air conditioning was leaking water and they had to service it while we were there. The water in the shower goes from cool to hot and continues to go back and forth throughout the whole shower. It is a business hotel and we had to request for an iron.

Couldn't sleep a wink! It's right by the BTS (skytrain), and even with two windows closed, it was incredibly noisy. That's really the only downside, but it seriously affected my mood for the rest of the day. And it was on the third floor, too. Breakfast was great though, one of the rare good ones for sure.

The hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown. Downstairs, there are many Michelin-starred restaurants. It's excellent for shopping and buying souvenirs. The shark fin and bird's nest soup in Chinatown are delicious. I will definitely book this hotel again next time.

The room is large, especially the bathroom. The bed is also so comfortable. They have pots, water, cups but don’t have tea. It would be better to have slippers provided. And the location is perfect. It is right next to the small shopping centre which also has a good SPA there. And there are a lot cafes around.

I used to stay already different times in Novotel Sukhunvit 20, Since the first time I found a good hotel, in a strategic position of Asok area of Bangkok. The personnel are really kind. In my last recent visit, due to a little problem in my assigned room, a special mention to Ms. Fasai, who solved the problem offering to me another room, I appreciated a lot the attention to the customer needs....

Stayed for two days and I must say that the hotel serves quality services and accomodation. They have a small swimming pool and gym, and bar on upper floor. Wish they provide complimentary bottled water.

Location is great, its above a cute mall with a moderate supermarket. The location is easy to get to from the saphan taksin station. I booked a family room, which had two main rooms plus a small entryway. The downside was that the lights in both main rooms only worked if the doors were closed, which was really inconvenient for communicating with my kids. When I arrived to check in, they told me they'd show me to my room, which confused me. Then they informed me that the room type I booked wasn't available. If I hadn't had so much luggage, I would have just left. The location isn't great, making it very inconvenient for getting around.

A very dated hotel, definitely not 4 stars, 3 would be more appropriate. The toilet flush in the bathroom runs through, only cold water in the shower, nothing in the surrounding area that you can do, nothing in the hotel is actually open either. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. But it's close to the airport, which is an advantage.

Like most Thailand hotels. A lack of upkeep and maintenance is obvious. The pool looked clean. The buffet was just ok. The room was big and worn down needs painting and repairs. The room was extremely cramped and small, making me feel quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was also tiny. It might be okay if you're staying alone, but I was there for a graduation and couldn't even do my makeup properly because the orange lighting made my face look terrible. The windows couldn't be opened either. I didn't really enjoy my stay, and considering the price, I'd say it was quite high.

Simple, bare room without balcony or  Smart TV, so no Toutube just Thai TV. There is teapot to boil water, which is good. The WiFi is poor where every time you pick up your device you have to retype login and password, which is super annoying

The reviews I read were correct. While nice, the hotel is showing its age and for the price, you're better off looking elsewhere if you're on a business trip. The room is super spacious with kitchen equipped. The most epic part is the rooftop, with 360 view of Bangkok! Wine is a bit pricey, we took 2 glasses of red wine and cost around 80€.

The hotel has a very beautiful lobby and setting. The doormen are active and have positive attitude. It is just opposite the Patpong Night Market and is very convenient for everything. This hotel's location in Bangkok is super convenient, I really liked it. Even without tipping, the housekeeping staff neatly folded my clothes, which is just as good as the service you'd find in hotels back home. Plus, the free gym and pool on the top floor are a nice bonus.
