I stayed here for two nights because it was very cheap, but it was not worth it.
The hotel is very old. There was no hot water at night, and the water pressure was extremely weak.
I stayed in the front room on the 5th floor. Early in the morning, there was a loud machine noise coming from the wall. It was very disturbing and made it hard to sleep.
There is no window, so outside noise was not a big problem.
The location is good, but there are massage shops right next to the hotel, which may make some guests uncomfortable.
Overall, despite the good location, I do not recommend this hotel and suggest choosing another place.

I booked a room for two nights. Upon arrival, the receptionist asked whether I would be interested in upgrading to a bigger room and showed me both the room I had booked and the larger option. He initially asked for 300 baht extra for the upgrade. When I declined, he offered the bigger room to me at no additional charge.
However, we faced an issue with the room key. The key appeared to be defective, and while trying to lock/unlock the door, it got twisted. I immediately informed the receptionist about the problem. Instead of addressing the issue, he blamed us and asked us either to get a copy of the key made or pay 350 baht.
He then provided a spare key, which worked perfectly fine, suggesting that the original key may have already been faulty. Despite this, he continued to hold us responsible. It felt unfair and unprofessional to be blamed for what seemed to be an already defective key.
We also tried to speak with the owner, Sofia Sachdeva, regarding the matter, but she refused to speak to us, which I found quite rude and disappointing.
Apart from this incident, the overall stay was fine.

Rooms are very bad. Changed 2 rooms. Paid extra money. Still very bad rooms, toilets very bad condition, water leaking entering bedroom, no cleaning of room during stay only after, all rooms although marked non smoking, still smells very badly of cig smokes. Will never book it again. I as a mistake. Plus the property take only advance payments and then will give u a suffocating eoom so that you yourself would ask for a upgrade with extra money but again that would be bad.

Great location — everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, clubs, Bangla Road, and Patong Beach. The guy at the front desk is very nice and respectful toward customers. The rooms are quiet with no noise, and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks for the great service!

Booked a room with two separate beds. Got to the room and saw a kingsize, no problem we asked the reception to change to what we had booked. Told us we were wrong and that the room we booked has kingsize although it clearly stated 2 single beds on Agoda.
The room door lock didn’t work and when we showed the reception they said okay and didn’t do anything about it or say to fix it. The tiles in the room were loose, the airco was leaking water all night causing a puddle on the ground. The shower handle was broken and fell of all the time when trying to adjust the water pressure or temperature.
Had to pay extra for the room we ordered via Agoda, also they didn’t apologize for anything.
I prefer to give a positive rating but I just can’t, even for the price we booked the room for.

A decent boutique restaurant close to patong beach and bangla street, rooms are good, clean and mid sized. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pricing is a bit high compared to other similar hotels close by.

Our normal check in time is 14.00pm. If your room is available earlier, you can check in before 14.00pm. However, we cannot confirm or give any guarantee that this will be possible. If you arrive early and the room is not available we can take care of your luggage and supply you with beach towels should you wish to go to the beach until it is ready. If you want to be sure of a (very) early check in, you should to book one day early.
You made your booking and a complete payment by your agent. If you like a receipt from this payment, you can contact them and they will be happy to supply you one. We did not receive any payment from you, so there is nothing to supply you’re a receipt for. If you order anything, or you use any off our services, you will receive at least a (cashier) note from that. If you like we can also make a tax invoice.
The size of our rooms, the futures and the facilities from our hotel, can you find on sites from our agents, and on our website. For us it is from high importance that everything is complete, working and clean! The room you booked was according this.
All our staff is speaking English; of course in the front office with better skills than our housekeeping. You contact our assistant Manager, there was no language barrier at all, except that you insist for “check out papers”, (you mean a statement from your stay). Our staff was impressed by your hot tempered behavior. Like I explain you before, there was no payment done to us directly to make any receipt.
I, Peter, am not French. I think it is of no importance, maybe don’t mention it, if you not sure about it. I’m working 7 days per week, but I’m not in the hotel 24 hours per day. Upon your check in, I was outside the hotel, but I met you later. For Urgent matters, I’m reachable 24 hour per day. You qualified me as rude; most of our guests have a different opinion.

STAY AWAY. To start off... My room wasn't ready when I arrived at 1pm and was told to come back at 2:30pm. Peter the manager is a rude French guy who doesn't want to give receipts to tourists. The smell when you flush the toilet is unbearable and the rooms are very small. NO ONE speaks english except for Peter and it's always his "day off" when there is a problem. Walked two blocks to holiday in for 300 bat more ($9 USD) and got an incredible room literally 5 min walk from the beach with free breakfast and everyone is so nice and smiley.
