Hotel was ok for a short stay, we really don't understood why to charge a deposit for a second card for the room, you really need it for the AC to keep going meanwhile you are away, with the heat on the city it is really needed. Hotel needs some maintenance, however the service is good, that is the value of this hotel, the people working in the hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money. There were a lot of Western guests staying here. It has a small swimming pool and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was good and filling. The only downside is that the 7-Eleven is a bit of a walk away.

At just over 300 during peak season, the price is acceptable. The location is excellent, right next to the old city, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Tha Phae Gate. The room is quite spacious but a bit dated; it can't compare to the newer, more modern guesthouses and hotels. There were quite a few Chinese guests. The breakfast is really good; I ate well every day. Although the variety isn't huge, it suited me perfectly.

The hotel has outstanding service. I have stayed a few times and they always treat me well. This time they extended my stay another day as I had a flight issue. Just a wonderful place and I highly recommend.

Have stayed here many times, as always very good and value for money. Location is near to restaurants that I enjoy, this time found a Michilin star chinese restaurant which was very good. Went there twice for dinner and my stay was only 3 nights. Booked car at hotel to visit various spots in Chiangrai, very convenient for the me and my two brothers. Slightly more expensive but time control more flexible and driver took us to local eateries which is very enjoyable. This is my forth stay at this hotel. Will definitely stay here if in Chiangmai. Have also introduced some of my friends to stay here and they commended me for introducing them to this beautiful hotel.

Poor service。There are three huge spotlights in the parking lot that shine into my room window. Plus the curtains are relatively thin. The room is as bright as daylight at night. After making a complaint, the staff on duty said there was no solution on the first night. After complaining to the manager on the second day, they dimmed the lights.

Location is just a stone throw away from old city.

Snugged in a corner of a residential area is this gorgeous hotel that matches its name - White. Two 4 storey buildings and an open pool area make up this comfortable hotel with big huge rooms! Don't expect too much variety for your breakfast but it is sufficient!
The location of the hotel is relatively near to (within 10 mins walk): 1) Chiang Mai Gate Market, 2) Anusarn Market, 3) Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, and 4) Wau Lai Walking Street by the river of Mae Kha Canal.
You'll have to take time and walk around this area. If you stay around here for more than 3 days, you will find that this area has many little shops and restaurants littered all around that serves fabulous food at very affordable prices! Enjoy your stay! God bless! 😁👍👌✝️❤️
