Location near a nice big Wat and also
About a block away is massage row so many massage places, including upscale and just little drop by places

We stayed here for a night and we liked that it's located on a quiet street yet close to the attractions and many food options. Room is compact but good enough for two. Local market within 15 mins walking distance and bus terminals 2 and 3 are about 15 min tuk tuk ride away.
The front desk staff were very helpful with all of our questions. The manager too was very responsive to my email inquiries prior to booking.
I'd stay here again when I return to Chiang Mai.

I had a great time staying at this place. Clean rooms, staff that speaks English. There is a coffee shop next to it with American breakfast.

Quite cramped. But it's pretty cheap.
The location is OK. But closer to thae phae gate would be better. We ended up moving to Central Guesthouse for a similar price, which was as bit better

PROS: Small air conditioned rooms, no mosquitoes, GREAT LOCATION! friendly staff.
CONS: Some moths in the room but they didn't bother us.

Room & location was ok. No lift access to rooms. Needs some maintenance of the building. Wifi password given in the room was wrong but they do have great wifi here! ?
