The location is awesome, very close to Chiang Mai University, just cross the road.

Overall, it was good. The second-floor rooms are accessible by stairs. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient. I slept well (no hairdryer in the room).

If you want to relax, I recommend going somewhere else.
Because they clean noisily from early morning.

This hotel is priced at more than 100 yuan, and the quality is indeed more than 100 yuan. It is economical and affordable, and it is suitable for budget travelers. If the economy is not very tight, it is recommended to avoid it completely. First, it is noisy, and second, it is dirty. It is incredibly dirty. There are a lot of black dirt on the sheets. Lying on it makes my whole body itchy and rashes. There are a lot of dust particles. I had to wear long sleeves and long pants to protect my skin, but I still couldn't sleep because of the noise.

It's better for everyone to bring their own sleeping bags.

The location of the accommodation is very good, behind Chiang Mai University, opposite Building S1. You can walk out in the morning and evening and find many places to eat. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, tidy and looks good.

The room is clean and the service is good. However, there should be a hair dryer. The safety is excellent. There is a lot of food because it is behind Chiang Mai University and near 7-Eleven.

The accommodation is clean. You can have the maid clean it every day. However, the shower water is a bit slow. There is a hair dryer but you have to ask for it at the counter. Overall, it is very good. The air conditioner is very cold.

Very good. Definitely have the opportunity to stay again. Good service. You can leave your luggage first. Very good. I've never seen a good hotel like this. Clean room, no noise, cool air conditioning, near behind CMU, near Sukiyaki QQ, walk to the shop. Good cafe near CMU, comfortable. There is a restaurant near the accommodation. Convenience stores nearby: 7/11, many branches nearby.
