The room doesn’t get any sunlight so it can get a bit humid in the room… but the staff is friendly and the location is great, right in the heart of action

We had a fabulous meal in the courtyard of the hotel with the fire crackling in the background. Excellent, attentive service and delicious Thai cuisine. It’s an amazing old, stylish property and the ornaments in the presentation cases were in keeping with the whole ambiance.

It’s on the water, magnificent view of sunrise or sunset. You don’t have to go further. Enjoy on the large terrace with a cocktail. The breakfast is tasty and with sufficient choice. My room was also beautiful with a small terrace with 2 chairs, it gives much privacy. I arrived at sunrise and they offered me breakfast free of charge, what a nice welcome. I’ll rate it as a romantic hotel.

It's okay, quite close to the city. If you want to visit nearby attractions, you can reach them on foot. There are also many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel prices are also very good value for money. Next time I come, I will continue to choose here

The best thing is the location in the center of the city, and more on Sunday with the market. The only bad thing is the cleanliness of the sheets. The staff very friendly.

Outstanding...great location (get bottom floor room if you can). Its peaceful, its clean, very friendly and a great location....really love this town, Gord hotel is very close to everything you need, will def be back, ty to the staff, especially the nice guy who is from the Cambodia border area

We walked through this little local street and saw GORD, a very charming hotel with character, like a hidden oasis in a very hot day. So we stopped for lunch. Love the oasis atmosphere, so relaxing. Staff was well trained, so welcoming and friendly. We order three dishes: Ginger chicken with rice was very well crafted, the juicy and tender chicken meat and homemade ginger sauce was so savoury favor; Vermicelli minced pork kra-pao was a must if you look for the local spice; And not to miss tasty and crispy outside and tender on the inside chicken wings.
We will definitely try the hotel next time. 👍❤️

Absolutely loved my stay here at this hotel. The service was amazing. One morning I had an early pick up for a tour they, made me a sandwich to go. So unexpected and so sweet. They were very helpful with locations and recommending various activities. Would stay here again. Central location as well, so lots of options with food, Sunday market etc.

Great hotel for the price. The owners/front desk employees are so helpful and kind. Ideally located near night markets, temples and nightlife activities, but still very quiet at night. Clean, spacious rooms with basic amenities. Didn't get the opportunity to eat breakfast or at the onsite restaurant, but the outside areas are nice and relaxing.
