​This is a fantastic spot if you're a solo traveler. It has a cozy common area.I stayed here for three nights and had a very smooth experience. It’s a classic 3-star setup: nothing overly fancy, but it gets all the important things right. The dorms were cleaned daily, the lockers were large enough for my backpack, and the staff were incredibly helpful with local transit tips.
Great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.

Recommend! After staying there for three nights, I simply couldn't understand why the rating was so low.

After the New Year holiday, there aren't many affordable hostels.I checked into this hostel and nervous about the negative reviews. But I entered and was immediately touched by the smile of the landlord, Jackie. He always patiently waits to respond to all your demands. he was as gentle and friendly as your brother or friend. He also runs a travel agency business, so it's very convenient to get information.

Back to the hostel, this price range already covers everything. There is a free small kitchen on the first floor with drinking water available. Especially the beds for ten people were very large, backpackers could easily hang, organize amall their belongings. There were no bugs this week. The location is perfect toI, It is in the center of the ancient city near the South Gate, and you can walk to anywhere.

The hygiene could be improved, and there is no hair dryer supply. In summary, if you are not a very strict cleanliness freak, choosing this place is an extremely cost-effective and perfect option.
I managed to get a safe, cozy and convenient place without spending too much money. This is truly a stroke of luck for me.

Best budget friendly hostel 🫰

Not bad for the price, but lots of room for improvement. Some garbage bins would encourage people to keep the place tidy and it would be nice to be able to shower behind a locked door instead of a shower curtain. Other than that, reasonable for what you pay for it. Quiet, cleanish, great for backpackers on a budget.

I stayed in this hostel for a week. This was the cheapest one I found located within the old city. Though located in the old town, the soi is very quiet. The rooms are dark but the beds were ok with dedicated lockers by the bedside for small stuff and curtains and light. The kitchen has all the utensils and a microwave and a water kettle. There is no laundry service. The wifi is not good though. It's ok in the common area on the ground floor. The bathrooms are ok. But with all being said, for such a low price I can't complain much.
