I recently stayed at the hotel and was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Note and his team. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every interaction throughout my stay reflected genuine warmth and professionalism.
Mr. Note stands out for his attentive nature and commitment to guest satisfaction. He anticipated needs before I even expressed them and ensured that everything in my room was perfect. His team mirrored his service standards—polite, proactive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
Whether it was arranging transportation, helping with local recommendations, or responding promptly to any request, the staff consistently went above and beyond. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay not just comfortable, but memorable.

This was a truly wonderful stay! The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything immaculate. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. We had such a fantastic time and can't wait to return.

We booked in here as our usual place was full because of the firework festival, and to be honest I didn’t have high expectations. I have to say that the reality turned out to be that I was very pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is very well located, but also just far enough away from the nightlife so that you don’t get the noise. The rooms are superb, spacious, well appointed and modern, and kept immaculate by the cleaning staff.

I will be honest and say I didn’t like the breakfast, as it was very Asian centric, but equally you’re in Thailand, so shut up! Within two minutes there were plenty of places doing fry ups and western breakfasts for next to nothing (big shout out to Nicky’s which did a mega full English for 99 baht if you can drag yourself out of bed before 11am😂.

My overwhelming memory of this hotel though will be the staff. Every single one of them had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble, they really went the extra mile.
I would definitely stay there again.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it continues to impress. It offers excellent value for money, with a well-rounded breakfast that includes both Western and local options. The rooms are clean, and the housekeeping service is consistently reliable (they don’t forget to give you enough water daily either).

Check-in was smooth and efficient, with no deposit required. The location is also highly convenient, providing easy access to a variety of popular places in Pattaya. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

This is hands down the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at for this price – anywhere in the world. We’ve stayed at five-star hotels, Hiltons, and some of the most expensive places in Bangkok and Pattaya, but nothing compares to the service here. Journeyhub Hotel Oakwood truly stands out.

No matter what issue or request you have, the staff will find a solution for you. They are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely service-minded in a way that’s rare even at top-tier hotels. If something goes wrong, they fix it immediately. If you need something, they make it happen. It’s impossible not to feel taken care of here.

The location is great, the rooms are modern and spotless, and considering the price, this is easily the best value hotel we’ve ever experienced. Everything about it feels just right.

The only downside, and it’s worth mentioning at the very end, is the restaurant. It’s an Indian restaurant, and unfortunately, the food is really poor. Every time we ate there, we ended up with stomach issues, and the service was painfully slow — we once waited over an hour just for a smoothie and breakfast.

Aside from that, everything about Journeyhub Hotel Oakwood is absolutely perfect. It sets a new standard for service in Pattaya, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

I spent 36 days in this nice Hotel.
Staff is fantastic , always smiling and very friendly.
Reception Staff is phenomenal as the ones in the Restaurant.
Room was clean and quiet, particularly enjoyed the big size of the fridge.
Sink on balcony very handy.
Location was perfect.
Good value for money as well.
Will go back for sure.

Very satisfied with the restaurant, but disappointed with room cleaning

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and did a great job, especially in the restaurant. The employees there, especially Raushan, Sohan, and Sing, provided excellent service, and I was very happy with their work. They were always attentive and made the dining experience wonderful.

However, I was less satisfied with the room cleaning. Unfortunately, my room was not properly cleaned, and the bed linens were not changed every day. There is definitely room for improvement in this area.

Good location. Clean place. Helpful and friendly staff.
However the room is not clean. someone smoked in the room and the cigar was still on the floor when i entered. How can housekeeper missed to clean it. Sometimes no water to shower, staff will let you shower in another room.
Walking distance to Villa market and shopping mall and night market.

Had a comfortable stay in this hotel. Chose this place, because its on a more quiet area (no loud party noises etc.) and still on good a walking distance to Pattaya beach. 7-eleven also close by.

Service desk was good and overall hotel staff were nice and helpful. Hotel room had a lot of space and it was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was good. The hotel room door does not isolate the noise from the hallway, so be aware that you can hear quite well people coming and going and talking.
