This hotel not good as its pictures in agoda. The lobby is indian restaurant with very smelly up to the floors. The staircase is creepy and dirty. Room seen uncomfortable at all. Me and my friends had a very unacceptable welcome upon check in as the new partner take over the place. If u want to stay here pls prepare with unhealthy smell, unclean environment, indian restaurant as lobby and restaurant cashier also as check in counter. U may experience ur room given to other guest and may need to add extra money if u want to fullfil ur dream stay.

The prices are reasonable 😍The rooms are good , but lobby……location is perfect just steps away from the beach and exploring the walking street 👍🏻and you also available fresh and tasty food

Absolutely loved this place,
It's in a prime location just 200 meters to the beach and walking street is just 2 lans away.
The Indian food is very good and they offer lots of varieties.
Hotel Owner Mr Nagendra is a gem of a person and he offers good hospitality to the guests and suggests very good places to visit in Pattaya and shares his experience about Pattaya.
He can arrange sightseeing and island hopping activities also.
Just need to contact him.
He made my trip memorable.

Finally, a good and reasonably priced Indian restaurant. Centrally located on Soi 13/3 near Beach Rd. We had a non-vegetarian thali for 159 B, and it was delicious and very filling – we'll be back.

This place is with the New Owner now. Excellent Clean rooms with Authentic North and South Indian food. Probably the cheapest Indian restaurant in Pattaya with great quality and food quantity. They have cheapest filling Indian Thali.
The owner Mr. Nagendra is very accommodating and has great offers for the local tours and the activities.

Room didn't match at all with what as advertised. The only good thing was it was close to the beach. Room wasn't cleaned properly, and hotel staff were not very friendly or helpful. Nad twin bed are not available although we booked for one in Agoda. And there were rats running around inside the hotel.. thankfully they didn't come into the room.

If u want to spoil your time and trip, look for this property. U no need to go to jungle to see rat, goose ; hotel room has all of them. If its about security, forget it. No reception, no care, no in room facilities, no id card checking of guest. Stairs are too high. No elevator. If u ask the people working there about facilities or help, they are helpless. In-spite of reminding many times about water on next day, no body listen to our request. I highly discourage everyone to book this worst property

Me and my 2 friends stayed 20 sep 2022 to 23 sep 2022 at new pind balluchi,the hotel staff mostly radhika mam is very helpful lady, and hotel owner person is also very good person help full,Very nice to stay & enjoy holiday party, best services, cleaning Indian food etc all are excellent. thank Pind Balluchi inn
