Great location, only a 1-minute walk to Pattaya Beach. I stayed in a room on the 17th floor and it was spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, I stayed only one night, but I really enjoyed the place. Breakfast was included and had a good selection—there was so much food I practically needed a second table to fit everything. The only downside was that there was no coffee machine, only basic coffee with milk. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value.

Shows its age. My room was renovated, but the quality of renos for four stars hotel is poor. The view is great, that’s the main attraction. Breakfast - buffet is only during the weekend, the rest of the week you have to order from the menu and it’s pretty thin. The pool is small and boring and the bar was not working. The gym - not good. A couple of cardio machines, a very cheap non industrial cable machine and a few dumbbells with the heaviest is 22.5 lbs (10 kg). If you’re looking for a comfortable bed and pillows - not here.
Overall good hotel with good location, and the price. But is it really 4 star hotel by North American standards - no.

The Hotel; Location is very good, rooms are reasonably good value for money. But their staff service levels are not to the Standard. They are very rigid in their approach, they don't even try to help the customers. We asked for extension in checkout time, they said it is chargeable, even though there was no booking.

Don't beleive anything about fake reviews, we left money, passports and our cards on table not in safe and never lost anything!! this hotel is absolutely fabulous and deserves 5 stars, personally better than pricier hotels especially for location ! I just want to give a special thankyou to front office manager WANNA Y, this lady is the sweetest and most helpful with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble for her, really love her so much❤️ The rooms are large and clean especially lady who does housekeeping on floor 8, room was spotless!!, shower pressure is so strong and hot for a long hot shower and plenty of water , coffee etc in room, soft pillows and a nice firm big bed.the staff are wonderful and everything about our stay including room and the view over pattaya beach are awesome.
We stayed oct and nov 2025 so it's recent, my first choice in pattaya from now on

The same issue that many posted here. Stolen money from the safe!!
I went to the lobby to check out but had forgotten my wallet and passport in the Safe. While I was waiting at the reception while they checked the room I was told that the safe is locked so if you have something there please check.
I went running up while the room service lady was in the room. I entered my PIN but it did not work. I was told by the lady, in broken English that once check out time the codes gets reset, similar to the key cards for the doors. Then she called someone and after 10 minutes one of the ladies from the reception and a guy showed up. They opened the safe in front of me while making a video. The changed the password and the lady from the reception told me setup a new passcode and not forget. I told her that I am checking out and just got my wallet and passport and went downstairs. Once I got in the car, I counted the cash which was short by $200.
At this point I could either have gone back to the hotel to fight, or be thankful that they told me about my passport before I got to the airport. I decided to let us go and kept thinking that maybe I spent more money than I could remember. But then when I read this, makes me realize that this hotel is famous for money being stolen from the room.
I would suggest anyone planning to stay there to keep a mouse trap or something in the safe that would make it clear if someone opened the safe while you were not in the room.

Perfect location, I love that the beach is right in front and surrounded by so many things. The lobby is beautiful and my room was excellent, clean with a great view of the sunset. The staff were very nice but I have to say Ann was outstanding, she is friendly and very helpful. The only place I will stay when I come again.

We loved the ambience of the hotel when we walked in! It was so calming and refreshing, all set for a short retreat on our wedding anniversary. :)) Kudos to the staff for making our stay comfortable! 100% definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away from the busy city!! The perfect place to unwind!

Great location. The security staff were very caring and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate the large number of guests. The lobby looks very new and beautiful. I stayed on the 10th floor and the view was amazing. Although the wait to check in was quite long, there are often waits during this time. The hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly, kind and helped us with everything we asked for. I will definitely be back!

Friends who are planning to stay in this hotel, please be careful, this hotel has a lot of thieving employees and they steal your money and documents with many tricks, even if you put them in the safe box, and worse, the manager who does not follow up under any circumstances and is apparently responsible for all of this. There are events. I am really sorry for this hotel and its staff. Karma takes your neck. Be sure to read the rest of the reviews.
