View Talay 6 Pattaya Beach Apartment by Honey in Pattaya

Very unsatisfied with the whole experience, only good thing about the stay was location, which was very good right next door to a Central shopping centre.
We arrived at around about 11:30 pm to find no one around to help us, looking around to see where to book in and a man suddenly appeared out of nowhere sounding very angry and demanding asked what we were doing. I replied and said we are looking to book into View Talay 6 and a very bad and aggressive reply came.. “ show me show me your paper “ I hadn’t a clue who this guy was, but he was a fairly big guy and very intimidating.. we eventually booked in to find out that this room was not what we made the booking for, it was well short of the modern looking room that we chose from Booking.com it was very old looking. Later we found out that View Talay 6 was owned by a number of companies that owned a certain amount of rooms.
The Company that we were very unhappy about was ANATOLIA CONDO SUITE. that wasn’t mentioned prior to our booking. Also very unhappy with the cleaning service, we had a stay of 4 nights and only saw the cleaner once.. Day 2 we told her not to come and day 3 she came and all she did was change towels, take rubbish out and quickly swept the floor leaving articles on the floor from the previous day, she did not change sheets or pillow cases.
I never complained as l found out later that this angry, aggressive, disrespectful person was the owner of the Condo.
Never again.
