Good place and big room

The hotel automatically downgraded my room from the type I originally booked because it wasn't available, and then refused to let me cancel my reservation. I was quite frustrated, but the front desk lady was nice. Big shoutout to Trip.com's customer service for their quick follow-up; they proactively contacted me, calmed me down, and helped me figure out a solution!

Our room was at 18th floor, the view was beautiful. The room size is very well. There were some breaks on the cotton case. There was not safe in the room.

Like beach 5min,alcazar show 8min,soi 6 5min,soi bukao lk metro tree town 10min..

As the part of my Thailand visit, I have visited this place and stayed here from 24.08. 2024 to 26.08.2024. with my spouse and other four tourmates. Multistorey hotel and we have been given rooms in 10th floor.
The rooms are very neat clean and spacious too.
Television, air condition and free WiFi facilities are available.
The manager, receptionists and the staffs are very kind enough to attend the customers.
Smoking is not allowed inside the room. Can be fined upto 2000 Thai phat.
Complimentary breakfast facilities are available with in this hotel restaurant, located in ground floor.
