A real highlight was the amazing bartender at the pool bar — friendly, talented, and made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had! The swim-up bar and happy hour were such a fun bonus

☺️☺️ they have a delicious restaurant with a wizard theme! It sounds weird and childish but its for grown ups and the food is great and they brew wizard beer ( i just have the one picture but its a classy restaurant border luxury with live music)

We just spent 4 nights at Intimate Hotel Pattaya and had an absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel was tidy and clean, with great service and 24-hour reception

Location location location, close to everything. Only downsize is the room size. Rooms are small but the view alone makes up for it. Walking distance to walking street and all top attractions.

My "come to hotel " whenever I visit Pattaya. The staff always always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too difficult for them. Also, a huge shoutout to Poppy for helping me arranging cooking utensils

This Hotel is decorated in a old opulate style which looks great Set back off 3 rd is a small taxi too the beach or a good 20 min walk I Recommend AAA+++

Set back about 20 minutes walk from the beach, but this is reflected in the large room sizes and of course the price. Seperste bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom

All rooms very clean, I would have given 5 stars but it's a little dated. Location means it's quiet too. Kitchen has fridge freezer, electric hib, microwave and a kettle. Large Bathroom has large shower, sink and toilet

Food was great and the reception was great. There was car ride available for guests to Central festival and the beach! Overall, I would stay here again. Its three streets from the Pattaya beach but I love the quietness

Bathrooms are positively tiny! The tv gives you a static filled selection of channels, mostly Russian dubbed. The breakfast buffet is basic - fresh fruits and coffee is the highlight for me

Nice girlfriendly hotel in the middle of the Nightlife. Super fast wifi as well, if you work remote thats an issue. Definitely recommend it

The hotel is in a great location, but because of this it can be very loud at night until about 1:30 or 2:00. It is kind of a quirky style, the bathrooms are “different” but functional

This vary well located to many things and to my surprise I found a wonderful Taylor shop in the bottom of the hotel by the name of Raymond the Taylor the owner speaks five languages and is a wealth of info about any thing wanted to see in the Thailand thank Michael

The only good thing about this hotel is the pool; the rest of the environment is quite poor.

The condo was really clean. The building has everything a vacationer needs. The rooftop pool and gym were really great. The location is absolutely perfect.

Breakfast was included and had a good selection—there was so much food I practically needed a second table to fit everything. The only downside was that there was no coffee machine, only basic coffee with milk

Great location, only a 1-minute walk to Pattaya Beach. I stayed in a room on the 17th floor and it was spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, I stayed only one night, but I really enjoyed the place

Sandy spring hotel has great location in close proximity to McDonald's, Starbucks, Thai Chinese meals, Subway, Sizzlers open Buffet free of charge , wide variety salad Buffet and fruits

Four of us stayed in two rooms. The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The value for money, location, and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.

The swimming pool is enough for myself as other customers from mostly europe, USA, Canada, Australia had sun tan browner at 36 degrees centigrate weather with high humidity

There were hundreds of boats with powerfull engines, so it was difficult to swim in the andaman sea with trust. There had been no breakfast, lunch or dinner at the hotel

Stayed at Sandy Spring Hotel at the start and end of a months travelling Staff were really helpful and friendly, the room clean and tidy with a balcony with a sea view.

It's a great central location, so a short walk in all directions to bars, beaches, shopping malls, etc, but can easily grab a taxi/motorbike if you want. 7 eleven right around the corner so easy to grab refreshments

Wanted to stay here for a while. As it was my birthday I treated myself, and so glad I did. I can only score this hotel 5/5 for everything as it was just amazing

Price was abt 1000b a night in Nov (booked in Sep thru Agoda). Clean, quiet, spacious room (cleaned daily) with good WiFi and view of the pool. The bathroom was huge, water pressure was good and the hot water was hot

Pattaya Thailand many times and realy like it very much. Boknings-ID/Referens-ID 606497895 But this time Agoda scammed me, and charged me 3081 USD for my room (14 days). The hotel cost only 390 USD on site

The aircon had a mind of its own, i set it on auto thinking it'll cool the room or switch off depending on the temperature. It did switch on and off, but according to it's own incomprehensible criteria 😆

Love this hotel, very nice swimming pool and very close to everything including bars, motor bike rental, restaurants and shopping center.

I will be honest and say I didn’t like the breakfast, as it was very Asian centric, but equally you’re in Thailand, so shut up! Within two minutes there were plenty of places doing fry ups and western breakfasts for next to nothing (big shout out to Nicky’s which did a mega full English for 99 baht if you can drag yourself out of bed before 11am😂

My overwhelming memory of this hotel though will be the staff. Every single one of them had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble, they really went the extra mile. I would definitely stay there again

We booked in here as our usual place was full because of the firework festival, and to be honest I didn’t have high expectations. I have to say that the reality turned out to be that I was very pleasantly surprised

What surprised me, for the first time I have encountered such a thing, that even with the "Do not disturb" sign the staff will still leave you water every day, quietly hanging it on the door handle

Right on walking street, so there is some noise. Use earugs if you want to go to sleep early. However, anybody wanting g to stay in this area probably isn't going to be staying in their hotel room at night

Cheap but good hotel to stay in Pattaya.

Our preference was for one room with an extra bed, but the hotel went above expectations by providing a spacious room that included an additional small room with a single bed and a sofa—essentially giving us two rooms with a balcony

It would have been better if at least a basic locker was provided free of charge for valuables. The staff were polite and helpful, though they didn’t talk much

That was a big plus for comfort and privacy. One downside was that locker facilities were not included—they asked for an extra charge if we wanted to use one

A clean and tidy 3-star hotel, good for those with a limited budget, in a strategic location. The staff were friendly. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and places to have fun. I recommend it and I will return.

Depending on which room you have you can sometimes hear music and noise from the bars at night but thats par for the course if you want to stay close to the action. Everything you need within walking distance

A bit off the beaten path and tucked away off the main road which can be a plus or a minus, depending. Room was big and nicely appointed. Fairly quiet even with a small drinking soi nearby

The service was excellent. You just don’t know Chinese and need translation software. The neighborhood is lively. The overall equipment is not new. acceptable.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance from the beach, and the facilities were clean and well maintained, so I stayed here for 4 days.

I am quite satisfied with the facilities and services. When you enter the address using Modern Bolt or Grab, it is always on the opposite side of the building, so it is difficult to find it for the first time.
