Confusing place it has a hotel accommodation and permanent accommodation.
Big pool friendly surroundings.
Caution ⚠️ there are few freelancers woman /ladyboys
Live here and are working out of there rooms .

SCAM SCAM SCAM never book this place through agoda I was waiting for several hours at the pool to meet the owner for the keys they never showed up and didn’t respond to messages so I had to contact agoda directly only then they contacted me to say they’re all booked how is that possible if I’m booking a specific unit ? They then told me to go to another building in jomtien which sounds crazy I had to scramble and find another room last minute never again !

Sometimes can't press elevator button only one time but pool open 07.00.am..closed 20.00p.m.have 8 floors .

Location wise the hotel is in a good area, however When i arrived the foyer smelt funky and was told it was the restaurant.
I had to repeatedly have to call housekeeping to check when my room was going to be made up.
My room wasn’t made up until after 3.30pm most days.
Due to the opening of Las Vegas bar which is between the alleyway and Centara you will be delighted to have loud music blaring away to 2-3am, making sleeping very difficult.
Staff are pleasant but overall any room facing the alleyway will lead to a lack of sleep.

Really pleased with this hotel...
Pros
Hotel location is amazing, really right by the action.
Room pretty nicely done
Way less noise than expected, both from within and outside having stayed on the edge of the city earlier in the year the difference was like night and day.
Really liked the shower
Clean room and great housekeeping staff

Not the friendliest staff.. not unfriendly though
The room clearly wasn't fitted out by master builders
Wifi was very iffy and when working slow.
Overall though I would stay there again in a heartbeat and as someone who enjoys walking around the area I stay, honestly couldn't have asked for more.

This is located a bit far from the main pattaya beach. It is near jomtien beach and there is a shuttle every hour from the hotel to the beach. The beach is not much of an attraction, it is a secluded beach with less shops around the corner. The swimming pool was the best part and it has sitting areas, slides, different kinds of fountains. If you have kids it even has a camping area where you can leave the kids to play while you have fun in the resort. The property is good and the rooms are also really huge.

Enjoying my stay here! The room i got is quite big with a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom that connect to both living and bedroom.
Love the pool! Suitable for swimming, hanging out, having fun with the slides or waterfall, plus there is jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room too

This place was way over rated! The staff were incredibly rude, refusing to lift a finger to help and the room was a bad joke. Everything was Jerry rigged. The shower head was barely attached, the TV nearly fell off the it's mount, and the electrical outlets all looked like they were wired by a monkey. The windows were screwed shut. I could plainly hear the person in the next room, every movement and everything they did in their bathroom. There were no travel toiletries other than a shower cap. And the king size bed was two singles put together that separated during the night, leaving me in significant pain. The pool was small and there was nowhere to sit in the shade, not one umbrella. Brunch was a short hike to their sister hotel, and it was ok, about average, nothing to rave about. Their coffee was bland, too. I would not recommend this hotel for anything or anyone; Stay elsewhere!

The good:
Rooms are nice and clean.
The location is good for tourists who want to be close to the bars and a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Staff are friendly.
The not so good:
There are 2 hotels, Centra Avenue and Centra Azure. We stayed in Avenue. The pool is very small and isn’t great to “chill” during the day.
The breakfast was average.
We needed to go to the other building for breakfast.
Overall, I think it’s good if you want a quiet , clean place to come back from clubbing. Not great if you want to spend your time chilling at the beach or by the pool.

This is my second time staying here at 18 coins hostel , and it’s one of the best accommodations I’ve found in this area. All the party clubs and nightlife spots are close by, and the beach is also not far from here. It really feels like the centre of everything, which is why I came back again.
The hostel and hotel offer good shared rooms.
There are separate rooms and washrooms for girls.
Reception service is available 24/7.
Payment can be made in cash.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 3 ½ years. During that time, I’ve made wonderful friends here, and I’ve always appreciated how most of the staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive — they smile, remember my name, and make me feel at home.
Unfortunately, on my most recent visit I experienced something very disappointing. One staff member treated both me and my fiancée with open hostility. When I greeted her politely, she responded with a scowl and shouted at me. She also swore at us and told me my fiancée was not allowed at the hotel. This was shocking and upsetting, as I’ve never been treated this way in Thailand before.
It’s a shame, because the rest of the team is excellent. However, one person’s behavior can be enough to ruin the experience for guests. I truly hope management addresses this, because otherwise this is a great place to stay.

Even though the check-out time is 12 PM, they let me stay until 2 PM because my bus was late. Such nice people! There's a good reception area where you can bring food and eat while watching the outside moving traffic.

Nice and polite staff, but he did not wear a mask while brewing coffee. Even I was entering to the store he went to the coffee bar to take my order without having his mask on before performing the service. Noted that the staff needs to be concerned more situation awareness especially for the current Covid19 Pandemic Prevention for himself and others.
Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)
For the coffee, it is Dark Roasted Coffee Bean which is good for mass taste of many people in normal.
Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)

Don't make a reservation for Airbnb. If you pay in cash, it'll be a little cheaper. The room is clean.Perfect security...

Excellent location off of bukao on soi 15 I think. The room was small but had good wifi mostly. I had to reset the router a few times. Cold aircon and hot water shower. Drinking water is available in the lobby. Beware that there is not an elevator and this place is not handicap accessible. So if your on the fourth floor... And after a long day at the bar it's quite a climb. Friendly staff. I'll probably stay again or one of the other guest houses on the street.

I checked in 2 days ago and it is sooo loud here..the walls are thin and the halls echo..nighttime no staff so people come and go all night..
I asked if i could check out and get partial refund from the 18,000 baht for room plus 8,500 deposit.
NOOO only can give you partial deposit back..
Thats 9,000 baht a night here.
Im stuck here for the next 29 days because i cant get my refund..
8 years i have been living 6 months a year here and my first bad experience is this fricken place...
SO UPSET WITH THE PEOPLE HERE.
