The rooms are large, great hotel gym which although only dumbbells for free weights has a good collection of fixed machines, short walk to Central Pattaya and very nice staff

The shower is so good and hot water. They arranged taxi to bangkok with better price than bolt. Maybe the balcony needs chairs and table. And swiming pool is not that big but clean and in my staying it was empty

Check in: they let me enter my room before 1 hour of the check in timing, and without requesting, which is very good. Check out: was exactly 5 seconds. They didnt ask to deposit insurance money

I was in 10 floor, and the music is high and can be heared till 4am

Staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful when required. My only warning is to be careful when crossing third road, it takes some geting used to but be careful and you should be fine

Love the hotel. Super central. No fuss checking in and out and there’s 7-11 right in front of hotel. The view from the pool area is amazing too.

The fuse in our room blew on the first night, so they moved us to an adjacent room. However, it wasn't the room type I booked, which is why I'm docking a point. Everything else was good.

I will give this five out of five because of the location of this hotel is exactly on the beach road from where everything is accessible walking street maybe two minute walking distance have a 7-Eleven shop down the Hotel everything you need it is a great package

The location is unbeatable: depending on how fast you walk, it's about a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 5–10 minute stroll to Central Mall and the Pattaya Night Bazaar

I’m not sure if it’s being remodeled or torn down, but be aware there is some construction noise during the day. Despite these minor points, the comfort, location, and service far outweigh everything else

Things to Note: The hotel is over a decade old now, so the exterior is starting to look a bit outdated, which is to be expected given its age and close proximity to the beach and the elements

Very good location of the hotel, direct way to the beach(ask reception where is it), close to walking street. Central fectival is next building. As it it centre of the city, prices on massage, fruites are higher

This accommodation is more for long term traveler. Because here is too big to know building facilities whithin short term 1 day, 2 days. Today i saw the gate to connect to beach road

The place is very near the sea, everything accessible like mall,restaurants and markets and few minutes walk to walking street. Massage shops are also all around. Sofas are just quite dusty when I checked in

The hotel reception staff need proper training on how to speak with customers. the elder lady at the reception behaved very rudely with all customers including me. It was disappointing and unprofessional

The hotel is in a very nice location just a few minutes walk to Pattaya Walking Street and the beach but the staff at the counter is not so welcoming

Convenient location right in the center of pattaya. Short ride to all popular tourist locations. Lots of massage and food restaurants outside the hotel. Gym and swimming pool are satisfactory for price

First, the rooms are very nice with very good service (cleaning). Second, the location is ideal. You will be in the middle of all the action. but as soon as you close the door/window all is quiet

Specially Miss Khatoon at the reception, she was very helpful and nice in nature. Hotel location was excellent in walking distance to many bars, massage parlours, 7 eleven, indian restaurants and many famous streets

The door of my bathroom got stuck and could not be opened after several attempts. Finally it got opened after several tries and the reason of it getting stuck was the wood swelled due to moisture in the room

This is like a centre place where you could hardly walk for 15 mins and reach to the major happening places of Pattaya like walking street, Soi6, Soi Bukhao etc

This was a good nice place to stay at a quite prime location. Walking distance from pattaya beach and walking street. They accommodated a very late check in. Staff was very nice and courteous

The guest house is located near to main road but in a small dead end street so you could stay peacefully as there are no big hotels in this road all are just small guest houses

The environment and location of the hotel are very good, close to Gongbei Port, and Ms. Wang Xiaoqiong at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, like it 👍🏻

After contacting Ctrip, I learned that the hotel front desk left the room key with the guard, and then picking up the key and checking in went smoothly!

After all, it is an apartment, so the requirements for furniture, bedding, etc. should not be too high, as long as the hygiene is up to standard

Great location very near the beach. Clean condos with all basic necessities. One floor of the building is dedicated to shops, massage shops and grocery stores. Also a nice cafe called cafe by honeys

I stayed for a single night as my usual hotel was fully booked - really beautiful hotel and lovely room - friendly staff - slightly dated but this doesn’t effect the stay - just be aware it’s not a new hotel Pool gets some sunlight sunlight many others in Pattaya

They had a lovely old Irish band on every Wednesday (I think) night raising funds for a charity supporting local disabled children. Apparently the rooms upstairs are great

If you’re in bed before midnight and sleep light… go elsewhere. The sounds can be overwhelming at times. For me; it becomes white noise and I can sleep through it

If anything, it looked even better than the photos. It was already cool on arrival, which was a very welcome touch. I hired a motorbike during my stay and the secure undercover parking gave real peace of mind

A large 24 hour Foodland just 200 metres away, plenty of great local eateries nearby, and beautifully quiet at night. I ended up extending my stay to 14 nights, which was effortless and hassle free

You're provided water, toilet roll and towels everyday. The plus is they don't come pestering you to clean the room. Once your out, the room is cleaned. They have a door locking system which makes you feel very safe

Fantastic Stay at GW Guest House! I had an incredible experience staying at GW Guest House. The rooms were spotless and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay

Most importantly the bathroom was modern, great facilities, which sounds perfunctory but nah, loads of places fail miserably at this hurdle despite looking ok online, and here the bathroom and shower were brilliant

In terms of security I couldn’t be more assured that it a was concern-free establishment. CCTV, an electronic card activated door and a safe in the room, plus the staff are on point

As might be expected some of the street noise does find its way in but as little more than a muted murmur, that at least was for the room we stayed in, on the first floor

Overall I would definitely recommend this place, it’s in a very convenient location, minutes walk from so many good places to eat, it puts you in the heart of the action whilst giving you privacy and security

Owner of this place is a Russian lady, she helped me a lot when I lost my debit card. A simple breakfast and nice coffee maker can keep you energetic for few hours ;) Moreover it’s located at one of the main centres
