This hotel is an old charm hotel You will be served with a welcome drink at check in. It has large lawns and area to roam around and a big swimming pool. Make use of the lobby to relax and rooms are good too

Spacious place, and has elegant greenery with swimming pools for kids and adults. Rooms are fine for tourists and interior is just normal but the view of the beach side from the balcony is really beautiful

Their garden is so beautiful! You can stay all day in that garden, so peaceful and relaxing. Their food is very very hygienic and tasty, also it is closer to many street food place of pattaya

I enjoyed my 3 nights vacation there very much and never wanted to leave that place. The only thing is, their locks are not very secured to me. They take a bit of practice and time to lock properly

Housekeeping service is just ok. Breakfast buffet has decent variety of items and is pretty good. Gym is quite better than other hotels and has good equipment both for cardio and weight training

Comfortable but not luxurious - something which belies the name of the hotel. First, the negatives; my initial room had scuffed furniture, a boxy TV and a light fitting falling off the ceiling

The front desk and concierge staff were very helpful. We appreciated the underground parking very much. There was no beach outlook and the street frontage was quite narrow, but it still offered good value for money

Room as I have three bedroom apartment and the bed is like a small room , everything is clean cozy and tidy , there is a problem with screaming chick on the street in the pub , not particularly annoying

This is a great hotel and since returning I have booked it again for my next trip. The hotel is in a great location, I'd prefer to stay at another hotel but their rooms are far too small

Also the bedsheets are often stained. I've left tips for the housekeeping, but they didn't care to change bedsheets

Food was excellent room was spotlessly clean shower clean shower pressure was a little lacking, but if that’s the least of my crying, everything else was above bar, clean friendly and a 7-Eleven right around the block you can’t ask for anything more thank you very very very much I look forward to my next day

This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out! A special thank you to Xiao Zhang from housekeeping, whose thoughtful service made me feel so incredibly welcome! Beyond that, the hotel room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful

Great location and value in June. Lobby is spanking and the outside of the building looks great. Some of the chairs and bathroom finishing looking a little worn out. Elevator is slow and only one so there's always a wait

Excellent refurbished rooms and reception area. Nice big balcony. Proper king size bed as well, not just two singles ziplocked together. Carpets in hallway dirty. Elevator too small and too slow. Staff very good.

Location is number 1 if you want to be close to the walking street action. You've got a massage shop on your doorstep, two seven elevens downstairs and you are across the street from McDonald's

The hotel is conveniently located near the walking street. I have been stayed there many times and this time when i visited the staff been changed and they are really helpful and accommodating

This is my go-to place. While the facilities aren't new, they are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The location is fantastic, and there are plenty of massage shops in the vicinity.

Very friendly and good security guy. Very central in 1 or 2 km around the hotel only bars. Breakfast has many options including asian and European. Art Gallery not yet open (see pic) 😅

I stayed here for a 2-night holiday. The location is not far from the sea. On the first night, the air conditioner was dripping water, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. I received good service.

Our room was on the third floor and we had the ocean view. The room was clean and the A/C worked great. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was the best that we had during our entire trip

Breakfast was of very good standard in my opinion with varied choice of hot and cold breakfasts as well as Thai dishes. The egg station is a really good addition as well for pancakes or omelettes

We visited this place in September 2019. Very close to the Walking Street. At a walkable distance from the beach. The market area is just closely. The food outlets and the Seven 11 shop are hardly a minute away

Right in the middle of it all. Comfortable bedding and rooms. House keeping staff excellent. In East wing which is not the main building. They don’t turn on the A/C in the lobby until requested then it’s only for a day

I had a great experience at Acqua Hotel. From the reception to the bell boys, the staff is very kind, helpful and professional. Location is just perfect, close to food markets and it's to walk to the beach road

I asked for the maintenance to check it out, they quickly came to fix it, but it didn't worked. So the room is small, however kind of functional since I just need a bed and a shower to be happy

Another review mentioned it's a 10 min walk to the beach, that's not true It's 5 tops! I tend to stay in the smaller rooms as often great deals, but had one of the huge suites last year and it was breathtaking

On my last stay I had a rear facing room where another huge hotel is being built behind it, so be aware of some possible noise

Separate living area and the bathroom was huge. Rooftop pool is nice, and so is the food available in the hotel

Easy walking distance to most points of interest on that end of town. Balcony rooms are great with views of the water and pool. The pool is awesome 3 meters in the deep end

The owner is from Sichuan, so communication was a breeze, and they were incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of Pattaya. The hotel is centrally located, yet surprisingly quiet

I usually stay here when in Pattaya. It's in a quiet alley, rooms are comfy and the lady in reception is excellent. It's very close to Soi Buakhao bar street and there's a gym across the road. I always come again.

They gave us a room on 4th floor (they do not have an elevator) citing that they did not have any available rooms on the lower floors; but from what I saw the property was mostly empty

Amenities include a large refrigerator and a safety deposit box. On the downside, the furniture is a bit dated, it's a fair distance from the beach, and there's no pool

The rooms could use a small touch of comfort. Just to make them feel more homely. But neat and tidy! Front staff could practice their English a bit more. Was the hardest part of the whole stay.

The property is located near everything. You can walk to most attractions within minutes away or you can used the 10baht transport.

There is a huge sliding mirror door to separate living room to bedroom, the Jacuzzi was perfect and loved the shower with two independent shower heads. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty options and specials

Staff very helpful especially Pang. Great check-in and check-out help. Bar drinks and happy hour is great. Indian options also available though limited. But who want to have Indian in Thailand anyway

Good value for money and quite quiet bearing in mind it's location. Has baths in most rooms. Very near night life and good restaurants and beach road with baht buses convenient for shopping malls.

It's also near Ripley's Believe It or Not and Hard Rock Cafe. The reception staff is helpful but not so friendly (probably because their English skills are limited, which affects communication)

The rooms are big but the amenities are basic and lights are very dim. Many rooms still have old box-style TVs. There is a small fridge in the room. Overall, it's a good value for money

Eastiny Seven on Soi 7 is conveniently located near the beach and has a very good nightlife. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that loud music from nearby bars can disturb your sleep

A really great hotel, and not too far from the beach. The bedding was very clean, and the decor was quite dreamy. Overall, a fantastic stay.

It is highly recommended to book a pool view room only; otherwise, the noise and dust will be an issue. – The soundproofing is poor, so you can hear quite a bit from the hallways and neighboring rooms

The pool area is also acceptable and serves as a nice spot to relax. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: – Major construction is happening right across the street

– The rooms are dated and definitely in need of renovation. Overall, it’s a fair choice if you get the right room, but don’t expect a modern or quiet environment

The location is great, on 2nd Road - an easy walk to the beach and most places of interest in Pattaya. The car park is huge, but not covered. Swimming pool is nice, but very little shade so pretty hot until about 4pm

Rooms nice, very good airco and rooms size. Staff - attentive and give good service. Many restaurants , massage, and laundry nearby the hotel. Large parking area - not covered. All I all - Verh good 3 star hotel

And I just gave the drivers 100bht ($5 aussie)from wherever they pick me up from and they always happy with that. First time in Pattaya so was a little bit apprehensive about getting stuck but was never an issue

The bathroom has a door, so sound privacy if have company which is good. Saw a friends hotel and it was really flash, but all glass. A midnight bowel movement could be more intimate than the previous few hours

It's also a kinda well-known older hotel, so when I need to get back anytime, I just showed a scooter driver the hotel key card, which has the address if needed, but all the rides I got home were simple easy

Rooms are large and the aircon is powerful enough to keep it cool. 1000 baht deposit required for each room, but after 3 or 4 stays I've never had any issue getting the full deposit back when checking out

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my third year staying at Adelphi Pattaya every July, and it never disappoints. I may not be the easiest guest, but the staff — especially Jab, Golf, and Wan — are always kind, patient, and professional

House cleaning came by daily and did an astounding job cleaning my room everyday. The gym was simple but had everything I needed, so I loved it. I will definitely book the Adelphi Pattaya again when I return here
