On the 31st countdown, we came back around 1:00 a.m. to take a shower. The water wasn't flowing because the staff turned off the water. I was confused as to why the water was turned off and the water was very black.

From the outside, the view is beautiful. 38 customers in the tour group are dissatisfied and the hotel interior is a bit old. The entrance and exit has 2 parking spaces

I was unpleased here with only one moment: as far as the hotel is located close to night clubs and bars it was impossible to sleep, though the room is big and comfy and shower facilities are great as well as breakfast

It's definitely not a five star hotel with a flashy lobby, but it is very close to the beach and all walking streets, wich make it noisy at night. Overall I liked the room with slightly old-fashioned furniture

Cheap price but my double single-bed room is very spacious and clean, fast and well maintained air conditioner, quiet at night, comfortable bed, I had a very good sleeps, just 15 mins walk to Bali Hai pier and 5 mins to Pattaya night market

One of the most economical and convenient hotel in central pattaya. this place have an easy access able to night street, attractions, beach and restaurants

There is a tops super market right across the road and many cheap street food vendors at night. There are also a couple of cheap thai restaurants on the way back from walking street

They have some cooking pans etc but i wished they had a little more things for cooking and maybe some salt and pepper etc. All in all great value for the price!

Top market is opposite and there is a local market behind where you can buy cooked food and fruits. Everything you need is in close P/p 10 out 10, perfect

This is an ok/average hotel, but my experience is that it is expensive. The Park Hotel is located in an area with two major roads in Central Pattaya

I called in here in September, I was staying in another hotel which was really below par and after chatting to a friend who'd stayed here previously I popped in on the off chance they had a room

A plus point is it's a favourite place for golfers, so the hotel empties around 9 am and if you're like me and your handicap is that you can't hit a golf ball for toffee, then you have the whole place to yourself for a late breakfast

A lovely girl on the bar took me upstairs and showed me around, the room was spotless, decent furnishings and really large compared to a lot I've booked before in Pattaya

Stayed here 3 times now, recently the rooms have been renovated,good rooms, good staff. They even repaired a broken latch on the balcony door within hours

There is a live band on a (I think) Friday night and the atmosphere is great. Lots of people up dancing, like Thais need an excuse to party lol

We stayed a week at I-Rovers in a superior 2nd floor room facing the bar street with a balcony. Pros: The breakfast was great and cheap. Actually, all the food and drinks were very good and affordable

The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Cons: If you are looking for a long night out on bar street, this location is perfect. But if you want to go to bed early, you really need earplugs

The room was very spacious with a large fridge and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were harder than I prefer. The A/C worked great and the tv had movie and sports channels

The music from the street can be heard until 3 AM every night. The hotel is in the heart of a loud and promiscuous area. Also, some amenities in the room could use an update

It's so good I had to stay again. This is a nice hotel ot does the job and is reasonable priced.

It's still manageable to get to beach on foot and get to the bahtbus circuit once you exit soi. Breakfast is good and the wifi is always working, so if you don't go for Areca, this is the other option

The price is very reasonable. Despite the low price, the room condition is excellent. However, since only one room key is provided, it can be burdensome to move separately from your group. The curtains are also clean.
