Rooms half decent at best for so called apartments
Service complete disaster. These people do not know one bit of decency. Do yourself a favour and find your lodgings elsewhere, Better located

I can not give any star to this so called resort because they did not accepted us upon arrival at the resort. They apologies for not giving us the room.

I made a reservation for Ozone Prime, but no matter how hard I searched, there was no Ozone Prime. When I called, the staff did not speak English, so I couldn't understand what they were saying. When I called, I was contacted by a person called Boss. Check-in was at 2 o'clock, but I asked to go at 12 o'clock and leave my luggage. Boss asked for 60 baht per hour. After talking to him on the phone, I just took care of it. If you ask the counter staff anything, they give you a no-no and basically don't seem to have a good reputation.
There were cockroaches and lizards in the hallway. The room was large and there was a Family Mart convenience store nearby. It was quiet as it was on the outskirts. There were 3 cups in the room, but they said there were 4, so I thought there would be a problem when checking out, but I safely got my deposit (1,000 baht) back. It's very cheap, but there's a reason it's cheap.
