Consists of one 6-storey building Classic Wing, one 6-storey building Premium Wing and one 7-storey building Executive Wing.
The hotel has 270 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy beach 1 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Towels are free of charge.

**Title:** Horrible Experience — Very Poor Service
I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the quality of service. I would even say it was *third class* in every sense.
**What Went Wrong:**
* **No help with luggage.** They refused to allow our bags into the room during check‑in and check‑out. This was not only inconvenient, it felt disrespectful.
* **Unhelpful staff.** Everyone we dealt with seemed uninterested in helping. They didn’t communicate well, and basic requests were ignored or handled poorly.
* **Overall attitude.** The staff’s behavior was odd—distant, dismissive, and uncaring. It made an already frustrating stay even worse.
**Why It Felt So Bad:**
I expected a basic level of hospitality—something like having my bags carried or at least allowed in the room, and friendly staff. Instead it felt like we were a burden rather than guests.
**What I’d Suggest:**
* Train staff to be more courteous and responsive to guests.
* Make clear luggage policies for guests (especially during check‑in / check‑out) and ensure staff follow a helpful approach.
* Improve customer service so guests don’t feel dismissed or unwelcome.
