Lovely hotel right I. The heart of everything, staff amazing friendly and helpful

The service was good, and the room was clean. However, the room itself felt quite dated, with old and worn furniture. The bathroom is also in need of renovation. On a positive note, the pool was beautiful and clean, and the staff provided excellent service.

This is my go-to place. While the facilities aren't new, they are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The location is fantastic, and there are plenty of massage shops in the vicinity.

The room was clean and well-maintained, but the building and furniture are old, so some people may not find it clean. Breakfast was disappointing.

Nice pool and staff is very friendly as they navigate between Chinese, Thai and English.

The hotel is easy to find. It's right on the road. There's parking. It's near 7-11. The room is clean. The staff is very polite.

Our stay at Lek Villa was good, it was our second time there!!  We found the hotel located in very good location ( North Pattaya), few steps to the mall and the convenience store is just right across the road, where you can grab anything to eat 24 hours. The room and facilities are a bit old but it’s fine for us. Highly recommend and we will be back again !!

For less demanding guests, the hotel's location is ideal, but the rooms are, as they say these days, tired. That's not a concern for me, but it's definitely not for those looking for a new hotel. My room didn't have a balcony, and I wouldn't risk opening the plastic windows even if I needed to, as they had a 1cm gap at the top even when closed. A good hotel. Old, but still decent. Geckos come to visit. The pool, one of two, works. One day, small red ants migrated through the room. The whole crowd left the place and drowned from the bathroom onto the balcony. A good hotel. It needs some renovation.

Family travel, if you have strict requirements for hygiene, it is not recommended, there are a lot of bugs, the hotel facilities are relatively old, the bedding is not very good, the bathtub should pay attention to safety, if there are elderly people, bring a family, there is no way, just make do with it

Excellent hotel for the money. The location is great, everything is nearby, easy to get to the center. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool, no breakfast, but you can buy everything in the nearby stores. There are many cafes nearby. The beach is 10-15 minutes away.

Please check the tiles on the pool floor, I cut myself, but otherwise everything is fine.

Great location, close to the beach and a short walk away. However, the rooms are old, there's no elevator, it's quite dusty, and parking is limited. The parking lot under the hotel is isolated, has very few spots, and is dirty.

A decent hotel if you can get a deal but bang on average. Ants in room and the shower was pretty meh and when i had it on the lights started blinking. Generally clean though.

The room I had was comfortable. Bed is comfy. Cleaned when requested. Nice balcony. AC was strong and new. Plus a fan. 1 min walk to beach road. Friendly staff. I will definitely stay again.

It is my first time to take a rest at this resort and I love it so much since this resort provides great service and gorgeous sea view with the restaurant. Additionally, the pool is enough space for people who want to get sunbathing, really suitable to take a vocation with sun and beach! I will visit again!

Installing fixtures to hold bath supplies in the bathroom will make it more convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights in February. The location is fantastic. Three minute walk to the beach, five minutes to runway night market. Coffee shops, restaurants and retail are all within walking distance. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful and the housekeepers were hilarious. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pattaya.

Great Location, big room, nice service

The room was okay but the hotel felt old and more like a guesthouse than a proper hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. On the positive side, the location is great. Close to the beach and the staff were friendly. However, overall it didn’t feel worth the price we paid to stay here.

I stayed here for a 2-night holiday. The location is not far from the sea. On the first night, the air conditioner was dripping water, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. I received good service.

The room despite the hustle area is super quiet and clean, and the swimming pool was great and clean. Staff are really helping. The washroom was neat but small containing soap, shampoo and body wash. Stay is money saving as breakfast was good and had options for vegetarian and Halal food seekers. I would definitely consider this hotel on my list in future as well.

Our room was on the third floor and we had the ocean view. The room was clean and the A/C worked great. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was the best that we had during our entire trip. The hotel is in the bar area and music can be heard during the night, but not enough to keep us awake.

Though not expensive for such a large hotel with adequate room spaces, it’s an old building with dusty walls, floors and windows ! All the carpets and curtains must be replaced with new ones. The towels are teared and threads out!! Need a complete renovation of the hotel rooms and common areas.

Please don’t get carried away by the photos. This hotel is not meant for families. It’s flooded with people, mostly Indians looking for pleasure with Thai girls. Most of plumbing in the bathrooms are not working properly. Breakfast is horrible. Service is poor. In a twin occupancy room, they give only 2 sachet of sugar, milk, tea. If you request for more, they flatly refuse.

This was our first hotel after landing in Thailand. It's right next to a hospital that's under construction, but it was completely quiet at night. However, there are plenty of bars and massage shops nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. The hotel breakfast was also very good. For the National Day holiday, two nights cost less than 1,000, which is excellent value for money.

This hotel is super conveniently located, right outside Terminal 21. Whether you want a massage or to catch a unique show, everything is just a few hundred meters away. However, it can be quite noisy at night, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider.

Well maintained residence type hotel. Don't expect hotel experience, but it's a good value for money. There is lift, swimming pool, 24 hr reception. Daily house keeping. The room had wardrobe, chair, sofa seat, fridge, hair dryer, utensils, TV, and balcony. Located in quite area and 1km from walking street. You need to pay a small deposit which is completely refundable based on certain conditions

The environment is quite good, and the room is pretty spacious. There are a few Korean restaurants right outside the hotel, and you'll see a lot of Koreans around. The pool is also quite nice. It's very close to Terminal 21 and the 99 Show, and there are massage shops nearby too.

Check in was a little fraught as my booking name didn’t match my ID, because I didn’t use my middle names in the booking . It took them about 10 minutes to accept I was who I was . Honesty, basic needed facilities are well prepared but quality are lower than average. Overall facilities are old and no upgrade. Room is good enough but bed are too soft without further maintenance. Location is very close to the beach side. This is what reason that I reorder with them.

The room was great, and there's a pool too! It's a 'live water' pool, meaning the water is constantly circulating, and almost nobody ever uses it, so it's super comfortable to swim in alone. The service was excellent, pretty much no complaints except they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. A 7-Eleven is just a 5-minute walk if you turn left when you exit.
