A nice hotel with a beautiful area and its own excellent beach. There is parking available. Hotel can improve more. Location is perfect. Room, toilet and specially corrirode carpets seems worse-dirty, old and smelling. Bathroom is worse. But the hotel location is perfect.

A beach-front resort with a true resort feel at an affordable price. The only downside (and that is the reason my rating was less-than-excellent) is that this affordability attracts loads of buses loaded with tourists from various countries and that can create a kind-of-chaos (including noise).

A nice hotel in Pattaya on a nice location. Short walk to Terminal 21 or the Boulevard on the Beach. With a Baht taxi easy to travel to multiple location along the boulevard and on the way back to the Pattaua night market. The rooms are nice and big. Mattress is a little hard but sleep well. The room is spacious, and the location is super convenient – just a few minutes to the beach and close to 21 Mall. There are plenty of dining and massage options nearby. The only downside is that the room had a bit of a smell.

Every time I visit Pattaya, I make sure to book this hotel. The ambiance is so comfortable, and the pool is incredibly photogenic. This time, I booked a direct pool access room, which was incredibly pleasant – I could go straight from my room's balcony into the pool!

We stayed in a high-floor room with a sea view, which was pretty good. The room was spacious, and the pool downstairs was usable, but the water was a bit cold due to the weather, so we didn't go in!

The rooms are a bit old and the facilities are showing their age, but the view is nice and the service was great. There's a shuttle bus to Terminal 21, and the overall service is quite good. It was a decent stay, and I enjoyed waking up to bird songs and a pleasant view.

Nice hotel design but lacking 5 star feel. Only shampoo/conditioner combination, bathroom has weird layout and bump into door often. Shower constantly hot/cold, can’t maintain temperature. Beach front but beach is all rocks and not swimmable. Nothing nearby without walking 10+ mins to main road, luckily they have free shuttle.  Staff were excellent and deserve 5 stars for their service.

I was pretty satisfied with this hotel. It's great for a vacation, with a swimming pool and a beach. There's also a shuttle service if you want to go out. However, Terminal 21 shopping mall, which everyone online recommends, really doesn't have much to see. So, I think just staying at the hotel is a good option. The hotel views are indeed great, but there doesn't seem to be much else around.

The roosters crowing were quite annoying and severely impacted my sleep. However, I must admit the hotel's views are absolutely stunning, and both pools are incredibly beautiful. Breakfast was just okay, but the room was spacious and the service was very thoughtful.

This is a typical Red Planet place. I like that it’s easy to get and use. It’s great for one-two nights. However, in this particular hotel there is one big problem: noisy ACs. I’m okay with this but my friend (she stayed in another room) could not sleep well. I liked the reception and a possibility to buy water. Probably, would get back soon. Cheers!

Arrived late on the first night, and the shared dorm was a bit chaotic with only Indians around. Perhaps due to the time, the toilets, shower rooms, and sinks were quite messy. However, the next morning, the staff cleaned them thoroughly, so it wasn't an issue. What surprised me most was the excellent location and the fact that you could use the pool for this price!

The location of hotel is good. Pattaya beach is walkable distance (1.8km). Market is nearby. Hotel rooms are okay, staff is way too rude. Most of the Staff doesn't understand english except reception staff. They are rated 4 star rated hotel but in reality it's just 2-3 star category.

Great location, but the downside is it's mostly Indian guests around.

This is one of the best hotel for Indians. Walking distance from pattaya walking street. There are a lot of indian restaurants nearby. Travel booking,7/11 all required shops are near. Indian breakfast is provided. Helpful staff

Good breakfast, near to the beach, cleanliness needs improvement, some areas had a smell of fungus & mould because of old structure, renovation required.

Old hotel. We were lucky with the room ( no smell of the debate, nor the noise of the condo, no leaks....) If you do not find fault, we can live. The food is OK. The staff is ready to help.

Great hotel/resort in a gorgeous location perched right on the cliff at Cozy Beach. Has one of the best infinity pools I have seen at a resort, with lots of shade & comfortable sun lounges. I think the Royal Cliff is a fantastic resort. It's a bit older, but very well maintained. This time we stayed in the Grand on the 19th floor; what a fantastic view! The staff were incredibly friendly! So helpful and kind. A beautiful, large property with a private beach and various pool areas. The food was always good. It's pure relaxation.
