Hotel was very good, friendly staff and excellent location. Pool table needs to be changed though as well as the fans in the pool area require some maintenance, because in humid days it is unbareable there. Very nice swimming pool and surrounding area.

One of the best hotels ever, best location, comfortable beds, spacious room and very helpful staff. 7Eleven is just a min walk away and it’s very convenient. They keep 2000 Thai Baht as a deposit so keep that in mind, however it was refunded upon checkout.

The facilities are a bit old, but the location and environment are fantastic!

Front desk receptions were not kind nor nice. They were bare minimum doing their work in service industry. Finally they helped us but in a not nice mood.

The room key is very inconvenient to carry, and the water flow in the bathroom and sink is very weak. Its only advantage is the price.

I booked two rooms, one on the third floor and one on the first. The hallway on the first floor was a bit dim during the day as the lights weren't on, but they were at night. Quick small stay nothing to shout about cheap hote

Staff always not friendly and not welcome. Only one key card given, they will not give you additional key card. Hence, A/C always takes sometime to cool up the room and fridge will not functioning once leave the room.

I've stayed here before. The setting is beautiful, with the beach right past the swimming pool and a restaurant conveniently located downstairs. My only complaint this time was that the bed felt very damp, the entire room was humid, and even the blankets were moist.

Along the beach, quiet area. Nice swimming pool, rooms are spacious. OK it's old but very clean. Lobby and restaurants area are very spacious too and easy to walk in/out. Entrance from sea side or city side. Smoking on balcony is allowed. Breakfast is very standard, nothing special. Food from restaurant is absolutely correct. At night, we can hear the waves from the balcony.

The hotel is about 2 kilometers from the beach, and you can take a songthaew to Terminal 21, where there's a night market. The hotel pool water is clean and open from 8 AM to 6 PM. Breakfast is decent.

I read reviews before I booked my stay, I am staying a week and was given a room on the 5th floor. A corner room facing the beach. I have not experienced anything I read in other reviews. The staff is friendly all around, the breakfast is more than adequate. Room is clean and I see cleaning staff all day long. This is a great hotel!!

Only book this hotel for the sea view. If you plan to just book a regular room, I suggest you look elsewhere where they have better amenities. Breakfast was basic. They did have fresh squeezed OJ.

The breakfast is almost cyclostyled. Most of the items were repeated. Rooms are ok but for housekeeping you have to remind again about missing items like towels or soap etc. They have placed so many items in the fridge which you can’t even check. Overall it is ok.

My friend has rented a large condo here for a month, the room is spacious and nicely furnished. He also gets daily housekeeping visits. But and it's a big but. There is little or no security in his building. The security guard leaves the barriers up all the time and doesn't challenge anybody. It's possible to walk across the campus and into my friends building, use the lifts and arrive at his door...

The service attitude in Pattaya is truly exceptional. This hotel is right by the beach, a bit far from the city center, but the environment is beautiful and quiet. The sea-view cliff-side restaurant next to the hotel is absolutely stunning for sunset views. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; the strange noises from the couple next door were quite persistent. 😂
