Hotel complex located near the Maenam beach, perfect for those wishing to experience the unity with nature and to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea. Spa offering traditional Thai massage, using natural oils and scrubs was the real highlight of the hotel. The diva guided tours in Botanical gardens and Zoological parks, a surprising variety of local flora and fauna.

Built: 2000

Location: 25 km from the local airport of Koh Samui, in the North-West of Samui on the beachfront of Bang Por, Mae Nam, 18 km from Chaweng beach.

Consists of one 2-storey building and eight 1-storey villas.

The hotel has 38 rooms.

Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to public beach, 70 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

The spa was definitely the strong point of this resort. Nice massage experience. The room was good too, however there was some kind of animal walking on the ceiling (not the roof) during the night. I was thinking raccoon size. Also the pool was gross. They tried cleaning it after we mentioned it, but you still couldn't see the bottom. We wanted to get our money back after the first night. The manager was really nice and recently followed an empathy course I think, as she always had her own example of how we must be feeling. She offered us a free massage to compensate, but we couldn't get the following nights refunded. So we stayed. Also the breakfast was very simple. The beach restaurant is basically a shed with chairs.

Disappointing.
Room infested with centipedes and spiders.
No clean towels
Poor physical condition, especially beach bar/restaurant. Almost dangerous access to beach.
Poor, incompetent service. Orders forgotten, attention overlooked. Menu selections not available.
Very far from other attractions. Poor location.
Ordered kalamae candy to be delivered, forgotten and not done.
Overall negative experience and disappointing.
Do not recommend.

1. Our flush never worked.
2. The safe never worked.
3. The toilet had a leak.
4. The Fridge had a leak.
5. The battery of the air con remote needed a change.
6. After a cleaning our room whilst we were out our door was left open.
7. Have no clue on how to make a simple pizza it was a complete joke just flat bread with cheese.

The staff from the beach restaurant are nice but sooo lazy and they dont speak english.

You have to go to them to take the menu /go back to order/ go back to pay they all talking under the bar.
When you want to pay sometimes they ignore you , i was in front of all of them asking the bill no one looked at me.... so i left and pay the day after.

After the following they gave us a new room and still we had to move our own things again and recieved no help from the staff by moving our bags.

I find this hotel service to be totally unacceptable for the price we paid and i would not advise anyone to go there.

The manager as to close and do everything again....

Paid a lot got a very sub standard massage. There were dead bugs everywhere. A huge spider in the bathroom, then not sure what dead insect it was in the changing room. Massage was meh. The only good thing was we left the place around 9pm and there were no Taxis or people on the road. We started walking and they sent someone to drop us off.

I was expecting more when I saw the reviews on this place.

My room was beautiful and the lady who cleaned the rooms was wonderful. However it wasn't quite what I expected so I didn't get that 'wow' experience. Everything was very nice so no real complaints - just seemed to miss that something special.

The service is excellent . Facilitate guests and courteous as well. Including the chef was cooking very delicious, clean rooms and facilities for the key is to have peace, not chaos. Bang Po beach , although not comparable to Chaweng. But here it is a lot higher . Ideal for those who want peace .

It features a health spa, the staff ace for a match can be difficult. And in particular The owner of this place and the kindness and generosity ^ ___ ^ importantly affordable. With quality and service
