We had a wonderful stay here for 3 night. The host was very kind and accommodating. The location is wonderful, a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to a waterfall! Would definitely recommend 😊

The bed was very comfortable and there was a mosquito net, fan, kettle, drinking water, toilet paper, soap, towels, blanket and broom. Great nature view from the balcony. Great place to relax in the hammock

Incredible place to stay! Rooms well equipped, host ("Chewy") amazinly friendly & helpful, & quiet location. Clean bathroom, hot shower, comfortable beds, powerful a/c, etc. 11 peaceful bungalows with great views of sea

So peaceful and quiet, just the sounds of nature (and sometimes your neighbours). Only 1min walk to the coast and 2min to a waterfall. The room I was in was new, simple and totally nice

When I arrived in Khao Lak I didn't like my hotel therefore I found the Shambhala Resort and I was directly in Love with the location. The Pool and the Rooms are perfect. It is the perfect place for all Instagram photos

Quaint 3 star BEACH FRONT resort off the main road, very reasonable rates.   The staff are exceptional, particularly Hong, Ao, Yeerarf and Pua. They will do anything needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible

The rooms are spacious and SUPER clean.   The safe is actually connected to a wall.   There is a small fridge in the room and coffee supplies. The infinity pool is a very comfortable temperature

She is a one woman army and takes care of that place so well. If I can give 10 stars for customer service I would. The place itself is clean, cute, and I feel a bit more authentic than some of the other places around

Hong Was amazingly accommodating to the point where I had left my passport at the Phuket airport. She arrange for a car to get it and reassured me everything will be OK

You get a large Room with a nice Bathroom. The Resort is like a small jungle. Breakfast was also simple but delicious. The best is the lovely couple that hosts the Resort

We arranged van taxi from phuket airport for 1500 bahts and from hôtel to our hôtel in phuket kathu area for 2200 bahts ( 2 people) Swimming pool, nice location, manager on the top Just check whats wrong about bad smell in the bathroom

Its a very chilled out place so if you just want to be in nature then this place will be a treat for people who like very little noise and just relax next to the pool

Everything ok The manager is very friendly Room is ok , not small but something to do about the smell with the clim and smell from bathroom Breakfast is enough with expresso machine fruits , fruits juice, eggs, jambon When we arrived the manager ( now my friend on Facebook) arranged scooter renting for 200 bahts

We spent the day here while waiting to get on our liveaboard dive boat. Great hospitality. Excellent food in the restaurant. Lovely pool that I dipped into regularly throughout the day. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay in Khao Lak. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There's a small nice swimmingpool in the (beautiful) garden. Very friendly French owner as well. He's willing to answer all of your questions

The couple who’s running the hotel ist pretty much the cutest! They are so nice and friendly. We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem

There is a small restaurant on the premises for a great breakfast included in the price of the room. You can also rent scooters right there. Other authentic Thai restaurants are within walking distance

Very nice resort with large bed room and bathroom with a separate kitchen / diner-sofa area. Very clean, and well maintained. The resort is quiet and service very good

A very nice, quiet, small complex in a well-maintained garden. We had a bungalow with its own small pool, which was lovely. Breakfast was served and was good and plentiful. I would highly recommend it!

Fantastic Absolutely fantastic place, unfortunately the description from the hotel was misleading. It says 1 minute walk to the beach. It also says there should be a restaurant, but it only serves breakfast

A really nice place to stay. Totally clean, modern and affordable. You will probably need a scooter or a car although taxis are fairly cheap as well. I stayed there 10 nights and would stay again.

If you want peace and quiet, this place is perfect. We left early in the morning and were given a breakfast box. Very nice and accommodating couple. We give it 5 out of 5 possible

Rooms are simple and could use some updating (water pressure in shower was very weak, old appliances, power went out twice), but everything else was pretty amazing that this was a solid 5-star experience

Nice place with very good food really cooked whith love. Today I had Pad Thai with shrimps that was really tasty. Plenty of sunbeds where you can stay in the shade or not

The food was so delicious (highly recommend the pad see ew and kua gai), I didn’t expect it from such a small remote spot! We had the beach to ourselves and sometimes maybe 2-4 others, a very nice break from the busy touristy towns

Only had drinks and food (on 3 separate occasions). The initial impression was not that great but after we sat there for a while the charm of simplicity and friendliest of staff completely won us over

The food was very good, freshly cooked and full of flavour. The beer was cold and prices extremely reasonable

We didn't stay here so I can't say anything about the rooms. Eating: We ate at Pranees several times, both lunch and dinner. Both service and food were on top level. You will not be disapointed :).

What a place! Comfy beds, nice big pool, beautiful sea view from the balcony! Best hotel I’ve been to yet in khao lak also there’s a great little bar directly facing the entrance called “The Nut House” that was a perfect place for a few later drinks great atmosphere, put out football matches on 100% recommend 😎

Breakfast was great, plenty of options whatever you eat. Location is great, you can lie on a lounger 5 m from the sea. We didn't use the pools but they seemed nice

We stayed in a large duplex villa right by the pool. Large room and comfortable bed. The compound is nice with many pools and of course the beach as well

There is a large local market most evenings, which also has great street food and a brilliant atmosphere. Definitely recommend trips to the local island nature reserves and the rain forest, stunning

Not a h uge breakfast buffet but we managed to find enough of what we like to keep us happy. Staff very polite and helpful. Love the smile of the guard manning the gate

I had seen comments that it's looking a bit dated, which i kind of get, but that doesn't detract in anyway from the holiday. The staff are lovely and service is good

We only ate at the restaurant but the rooms seemed nice from what I could see. We are at this restaurant daily. Good was incredible and very inexpensive. Service was great and the waiter let us use the pool as well

Incredible food as a reasonable price. There’s even a pool on site that the very kind waiter let us swim in afterwards. Ate here a few times during our stay in Khao Lak. Every dish was incredible.

Stayed here for 2 nights, 2 adulst 2 kids 8 and 10 y/o. Ac works fine, gets super cold in the room. The shower head is right across the toilet seat. will get shampoo and body soap. They have a nice pool, and restaurant

Value for money. Was clean and gave us rooms in the middle as we hardly slept the night before at last place and didn't want to be on the road front. Small pool. Excellent breakfast.

A nice hotel with a nicely kept garden, quiet and very relaxing. The coffee and TEA, such as free coffee, are also attentive and cozy. Both the rooms and the pool are very clean and the staff also feel good

We just happened upon this place and loved it. All the staff were so nice . The pool was perfect and breakfast was a delight. We would definitely come back.

We hired bikes from reception which were reasonable standard for the price and pretty much brand new. Breakfast was excellent in the morning. Fresh coffee, eggs cooked to your preference, toast and lots of fresh fruit

Not only is the property exceptionally clean, the price is unbeatable for what you’re getting! The rooms are spectacular. There is excellent storage and extremely good attention to detail in this property

It is a good size for a teens as well as for toddlers. There are no restaurants or bars nearby but close enough by walking

We had a nice stay (couple GER). Owner of the villas is super friendly, also the villas are clean and got a lot space :). I will be defently be back and enjoyed the stay

They really make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool area is lovely, and the location is perfect

totally clean and peaceful place. First U might think it is far from everywhere but no. 5 min to beach, 2 min to 7-11 and 5 min to market area. Staff was wonderful, helpful and smiling all the time

The owners were very friendly and always on hand if you needed anything. We rented a scooter for our stay at an excellent rate, and they arranged transfers to and from the airport/ferry at a great price

It’s quiet and peaceful, yet everything you need is within easy walking distance. Breakfast is super cute and thoughtfully prepared. Oi makes fresh eggs for you, and her banana bread is amazing

Our bungalow was spotless and cleaned every day, it was huge and very comfortable with a flatscreen TV (not that we used it), nice balcony, air con and lovely modern bathroom

It’s not one of those modern, minimalist hotels, but a warm, homey place that makes you feel instantly relaxed. I stayed in the family suite with two rooms and a kitchen, and the door opened straight to the swimming pool

They have a very nice pool , which is nice to refresh yourself and chilled in the bean bags with a good book ! The rooms are clean and very comfortable with all you need for a relaxing stay:)

The property is exceptionally well maintained, with spacious living arrangements (we stayed in the studio-type bungalow), just an 8-minute walk from the beach. Best of all, the bungalow was pet-friendly

Bungalows are not so large but good. Nice helpful staff, good restaurant with fine breakfast. It is not a 5 * establishment, but the 5 stars are related to the low price! Value for money...

The location is absolutely perfect. The cabins area is quiet all the time, but if you walk 30 meters out you'll be in a normal busy city for shopping and beach days

The sound of birds is everywhere. Gorgeous pool which is clean and well maintained. Great breakfast of eggs, toast and freshly ground coffee. Staff are very helpful and lovely. I highly recommend this place

Krathom Khao Lak is situated in very Best place. City is right there and to the beach you walk about 15 min. Small pool area is veryvery nice and peaceful. And the sounds of jungle, wow!

The children loved looking at the bugs and my youngest very fussy eater wanted more food. The kindest host we have encountered as help take my daughter to the hospital for and ear infection and even waited with us

Everything was good. very chill atmosphere! delicious dinner. The breakfast was modest,cheap though. If you’re looking to save a few baht, it does the job

Wonderful owner and his lovely wife ❤️ fed us deliciously, helped us book a boat to James Bond Island, told us what to see, just super! The only thing is that we were very afraid to sleep at night 😂 Someone was hunting outside and running around the roof of the house all night

So friendly and the breakfast and dinner offerings are very tasty and plentiful. Away from the town but close by enough if you need to go to town. We loved the experience and the sounds of the nature around is amazing

Anattaya was incredible in terms of facility, service, and hospitality. I booked for 1 night and fortunately I extended my stay for another 2-month due to its best quality of place and affordable price

Bed comfy, modern, balcony at the back, incredible mountain view, clean pool Host and amenities: the team is so lovely, clean to perfection daily! The location is perfect, right on the main road and near the popular spots and restaurants here. Although it is opposite Starbucks Takuapa, there's the hotel cafe with more affordable price too!

One of the better bargains in town. Clean comfy rooms. Swimming pool is always empty. walking distance to the beach and village.

They also checked us in early; we just waited a short while for our room to be prepared in the restaurant, where they offered us complimentary drinks and desserts. By the pool, they served us lemon water and fruit

We had an amazing time at this hotel. It's not too crowded, offers plenty of privacy, and most importantly, has a lot of greenery on the property. We were pleasantly surprised that our stay included a one-hour boat ride

We had the pleasure of staying at Sametnangshe Boutique, and though the location is quite remote with not much around except for long-tail boat excursions, the peaceful atmosphere made it worth the trip

While the hotel doesn’t have a spa, it’s important to note that this is a boutique property, not a large resort. Despite that, the peacefulness and the unforgettable views made our stay truly special

The restaurant cooks deliciously (just not pizza, here they throw ketchup and ingredients on the ready-made crust), but the price is +17%. There is another establishment on the beach nearby, but we were not there

Best Place Ever. It's close to the beach, peaceful and they provide good breakfast too

If you need peace and the sea, then this is the place for you
