Clean and comfy rooms adjacent a nice pool area. Breakfast was good with eggs of your choice, fresh bread, fresh fruit, juice, tea and coffee. Location is quiet off the main road. It's a bit of a walk to beach but equidistant to the two town centres. We are happy walking so this was no issue to us and it was nice to be away from the road with the hills and jungle as a backdrop.

So i wanted a budget place in Khao Lak and this place was very welcoming from the reviews I read.
For what I paid I'm definitely coming back and after going to the Tsunami museum and finding what this part of Thailand went through 21 years ago will always be in my heart.
So the ower of the resort is just an amazing guy and his staff of 2 who look after the resort.Its a very chilled out place so if you just want to be in nature then this place will be a treat for people who like very little noise and just relax next to the pool.
They is a lot to see and do within a 50 kilometres radius.
I highly recommend this resort.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!! The worst thing was that there were bed bugs there. There were the typical black droppings and small, fresh blood stains in the bed. Unfortunately, I didn't know anything about this sort of thing, so I didn't think it was bed bugs until my body was already covered in itchy blisters and bumps.

Everything ok
The manager is very friendly
Room is ok , not small but something to do about the smell with the clim and smell from bathroom
Breakfast is enough with expresso machine fruits , fruits juice, eggs, jambon
When we arrived the manager ( now my friend on Facebook) arranged scooter renting for 200 bahts.
We arranged van taxi from phuket airport for 1500 bahts and from hôtel to our hôtel in phuket kathu area for 2200 bahts ( 2 people)

Peaceful and quiet oasis surrounded by lush greenery. The air-conditioning in my room was a little noisy and water temperature in the shower was either hot or cold. Can't adjust to medium heat. Pool was cleaned and great. I think one night is okay

The location is good and I found the resort nice and quiet.

However, the bungalow we were in was badly in need of help, very run down. There are 30+ mosquitos in the bathroom, they seem to be breeding in there with husks lining the ceiling. This could be due to the leaking bidet leaving stagnant water in the room or the shower leaving the bathroom soaked. Either way, poor cleanliness/maintenance.

No towels provided for pool or beach so better bring your own.

The A/C was terrible.

Overall, I couldn't wait to leave. I considered leaving after the first night despite only being booked for 2 nights. Would not stay again.

We had booked 8 days and left after the first night. The hotel is very old. Shower head calcified, white painted chair dirty, drawer still with crumbs... Even the towels were very old and totally frayed. Impossible to sleep: much too loud with air conditioning, much too warm without air conditioning. The rooms are so noisy that you can hear every noise from outside. Dogs barking at night and the climate didn't let us sleep, so we looked for a new hotel. We don't know where the hotel got its 3* rating from. We have already stayed at similar prices without stars and this was much better.

I really enjoyed spending one night in this cozy and stylish place. The hotel located not on the beach, but has a quiet natural location. The boss was very nice and polite, informed us about attractions around. A sauna was a great way to spend that rainy evening! We'd be happy to stay here again on occasion

Very nice place and great value for money. Location is good located in a small alley. Quiet area and a small pool in the middle of the resort. Clean and well sized room. The owner is very friendly and there is a phone number in case he is not at the reception at the moment you’ll arrive

Nice view friendly staff . No breakfast due to risk to Covid-19. Really nice place with best price with ambiance they offer .
