Anocha runs this little gem a few hundred feet east of the main road in Khao Lak. She is kind and helpful. The place is simple but kept nice and clean. There is a small restaurant on the premises for a great breakfast included in the price of the room. You can also rent scooters right there. We arrived by bus (800bat from terminal 2 Phuket town) to this Small village to find a James Bond Island tour with locals (Not those tour that you can find in Phuket town or even worst in Patong). When we arrived, the AC was not working in our room and the handyman were not able to fix it until our arrival, so she brought us into a nearby hotel and even paid for the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the location is great—just a 7-minute walk to the beach, and close to many restaurants. They also have three adorable cats that made my stay even more special.

Its a bed room without breakfast... however right in the middle of the moo baan. Its perfect for a few days stay. The Lady owner very helpful and staff excellent.... its a good stop over for for a couple of days..... its clean and functional if on a budget. You can't go wrong it just ideal for a stop over... plenty of eats , drinks and action just outside the front door. Book in advance as it can...

Very carefree and friendly owner. I only met two cats - both sleeping in the lobby area. Shoes need to be taken off as soon as you walk in the building. Rooms were clean. Water pressure in the showers are a bit weak.

Nice located hotel clean and comfy but stay away if you are alergic of cat. The fact that you have to put your shoes off when you get in the hotel is a minus.

It's ok. Clean, have a/c, tv, fridge, balcony. Near restaurants, shops and entertainment. The bathroom needs some freshening up.

New rooms but bathrooms not renovated. Water pressure poor. WiFi good. Good location in central Bang Niang. And there's actually a cat inside!
