Me and my friend booked room with sea view but we got sea side view. There on of woman who made complain of same situation and next day she got real sea side view room

I had an amazing time at Mahdia Palace, and a big part of that was thanks to the fantastic animation team! A specially Mr ASH They were always full of energy and made every day fun and exciting

In the evening, the shows were entertaining and full of laughs – you could really see how much effort they put into their work

The team organized a great variety of activities throughout the day, from sports and games to dance and fitness sessions

They were also very friendly and always took time to talk with guests and make everyone feel included

Was pleasantly surprised how lovely the hotel and tunisia was for the price we paid. The hotel doesnt provide anything but i guess at the price we paid shoulsnt complain but youd think

Really cheap to buy anyways so not an issue. Clean and actually really decent fold for half boatd - no drinks included in dinner not even water

Really enjoyed the food. The entertainment staff were great. Only negative was the spa is closed for renovation.

The room arrived with bloodstains on the sheets and the towels weren't properly placed, suggesting the room hadn't been cleaned properly

Unfortunately the indoor pool was under renovation when we arrived, but the outdoor pool was perfectly enough in the scorching heat! I will say that upon arrival we were not too happy, since we arrived to a room with zero towels, toilet not flushing, tv and telephone for reception not working

The beach bar undercooked the food , I preferred the hotels restaurant where you have to pay , again reasonable , pizza 20 dinar. The pool and activities I can not fault clean , great aqua park

Before we go I was very sceptic about the bad comments, now I am writing before our leaving. The hotel is great located, very nice sandy beach, clean pools and good aquapark

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I did have to come into the hotel grounds for some support from the beach

Stayed here in August 2025 firstly the location is amazing , right on the beach , which was beautiful , also near nice restaurants and attractions , not far from town walking distant , easy transport via taxi

They showed an immense amount of care and support towards me and genuinely went out of their way to help me on the 26th February. The two men are an absolute credit to the hotel and thank you from the bottom of my heart

Unfortunately i didn’t catch their names but they will know who they both are. Thank you so much, I will never forget you both. Please pass my gratitude on to these two men that were working in the grounds that day

It was the most amazing blue and very warm. The pool was very nice and also warm and the hardest choice all day was whether to swim in the sea or the pool

Had the best time in the loveliest hotel. The food was really nice and never any rushing to get in or get a table so that mad it better

The beach was the softest sand and I stood there staring at the sea for quite some time as I didn’t know the sea could really be that colour (the sort you see on films or travel magazines)

I was at the hotel with my mum for a week on arrival Sonia at the reception made us very welcome and helped us throughout our stay, ayoub the waiter was very attentive very friendly and quick service throughout our stay also Wassim who worked at the restaurant was very polite and helpful best waiter in the hotel also arbi from day time bar staff is absolutely amazing bibo and ramos from the animation...

Staff are excellent but food and location not so good

The hotel also has direct access to the beach – although the sea can sometimes be a bit wavy, it adds to the charm of the Mediterranean atmosphere

The swimming pool is not very deep, which makes it perfect for families and those who just want to relax, and it’s always full of life thanks to the fun animations and water games organized around it

Guests will never get bored with the lively activities available. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a day of fun

The staff were all kind and helpful, the food was fairly decent and the place is well located for people who just want to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean

Compared to other hotels i have experienced after this one, i really came to appreciate el fell, it's a decent hotel with all the necessary needs

Altogether, Hotel El Fell combines good service, tasty food, entertainment, and a beautiful setting for an unforgettable holiday in Hammamet

As well, just because your mother catters to you hand and foot, do not expect the same at the hotels. Grow up and take responsibility! The bed is my mess 🤣 afterthought to take photo. Room is clean and comfortable

I've been here a week, and not one day has passed that I do not see the cleaners on the floor. Need something, kindly ask and they will be more than happy to assist you. Stop behaving entitle, and have some respect

When you leave for the day How about placing the card on the door to have your room cleaned!! How about mentioning it to the reception when leaving for the day!! Of course not, you prefer to complain

Located in a pleasant neighborhood near Parc du Belvedere, but within walking distance of the Medina and the city center. Room is comfortable, but not luxurious. There is a lively bar in the lobby

The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything needed for a relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, providing a cozy environment to unwind

For those who complain about traffic noise. All hotels on busy areas will have noise. Don't be angry with the hotel. They cannot control traffic noise. How about investing in earplugs

**Wonderful Hotel – Deserves 4 Stars!** I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beach was absolutely perfect

I am coming here for the fifth time because of the sea and the delicious fruits, but I am very disappointed by the lack of fruits

Additionally, the night show included content that wasn’t suitable for the audience—most spectators were families with kids, and the mimicry (LGPT-related) felt like a poor choice for the setting

The food offered a great variety, and the quality was excellent—definitely a highlight of my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist guests

The National Day celebration was a wonderful touch and added to the great experience. A few areas could use improvement: The animation team was good but could offer more engaging activities

Very nice experience! The staff at the reception is always smiling and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very tasty and our last day animation program was great as well

The hotel staff help every morning with mattresses and sunbeds, and the beach is cleaned daily. The water is shallow and clear, with no rubbish around. The pool area is also very nice

Staff is very nice and friendly. Location is good and the beach is good as well. They even have a beach terrace where you can sit and chill giving mountain cabin vibes but by the sea

A taxi to either city costs around 20–40 dinars one way, and there’s plenty to see around. The beach is beautiful — sandy, clean, and well maintained

Also I recommend to choose your room not in the main building but in the second one cause it’s further away from any noise that can happen from other tourists staying and drinking at the bar which is open until 12 am btw

The hotel is, above all, very quiet and peaceful — definitely more on the small and intimate side. Most of the guests are retired people, which, depending on what you like, can be either a plus or a minus

There’s space for both kids and adults, and I really liked that one part is 2 meters deep, so you can actually swim properly. As for the entertainment — that’s where things really need improvement

There is a great piscine and a private beach on the Med. The outdoor bar is verynice as is the option to eat the nightly buffet.

Beware of the pool closing at 7pm and a lackadaisical breakfast !! And a half measured attempt of friendliness at the poolside bar and don’t go beyond room 44 if you wanna be close to the pool and be sure to have a connection to leaving by mid day as you’ll be asked to leave by then……

good for families with children - surrounded by resorts and hotels only. Long way into Monasdir-Center. WLAN should be available in the room, not only in and near the lobby

Very helpful and very kind staff; the hotel itself needs some renovation. Some rooms need a lot better room-to-room sound proofing.

For the food and restaurant, again waiters, were willing to go out of their way and assist me whenever I needed help in carrying or getting food, which was really sweet and helpful. Always smiling! The food was great

A bit old, but fairly clean. Service was acceptable. Overall, the hotel environment was nice, and there were even dance lessons, haha. There were performances at the lounge bar after 10:30 PM.

The sheets, mattress, and pillows are very old and uncomfortable. The food is very basic, almost every day. The reception and restaurant staff are very pleasant and helpful

It was very varied and everything I tried was delicious. We did not eat very much by the pool but the food there looked good. We did however eat in the à la carte by the beach. The fish was our favourite dish

The hotel has a look of one that would be a lot more expensive. Eating: there are free main areas where we enjoyed eating. The main dining room itself was great because we kept our table for the whole day

As it was marked with our name and room number this avoided looking for a table or something we’ve experienced in other hotels. The food was exceptional for a four star

Nice cosy hotel without the hassle and hustle of a large hotel. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is clean

The hotel amenities are of a good standard. Our room was spacious and excellent water pressure in the bathroom they were cleaned every day

They always had some good advice for us of the local area and generally added to what felt like meeting friends when we would bring our towels to the beach. They are exceptional staff and a credit to the hotel

There is some dust in the storage in the room, nobody picks up cigarette butts left near the pool for a couple of days, occasional stains on the napkins in the restaurant… you know… that kind of stuff, but nothing major

We had a great time there. Animations are the best. Animation team - Fernando and Jamil are so funny, we enjoyed a lot. Had a great time together and did funny animations. I reccomend for everyone.

The hotel needs renovation( Rooms restaurant) animators are great and friendly. Food was the same every day . Beach and swimming pool ok. For 3 * was ok

Good 3-4star hotel near the seashore at Sousse, tasty food and nice staff, the room was cleaned everyday, there's no cups or glasses for water, or tea set, furniture was not new but working properly, the hotel beach was good, nice sand, but not very clean, a bit noisy, open to locals with no restrictions, no fence or border, the only small basin open to view from balconies of adjacent building

The location is good, with the beach just a short walk away. The only downside is that the bathroom wasn't very clean. There were no tissues in the room.

The pool is quite and a bit small and it can be really dirty at times and there are a lot of wasps due to the trees

The room was clean, the bed was spatious but the lobby was a bit small.

Anyway, I can recommend this place for budget travelers

The hotel rep we had suggested we went to the marina at night for dinner DO NOT GO (if you are an anxious person or a new traveler) we were hounded by people telling us the worked in our hotel but they didn’t then we were harassed by a man trying to get us in his car he followed us for 15 minutes and as soon as we lost him and tried to get a taxi he showed up again screaming at us to get in his car

Room was basic but large for 2 adults and 2 children, air con presumably switched off in October so quite warm and stuffy - fantastic view with a large balcony though! Hotel staff appear nice, make sure you get some dinar in the airport, and pay for your hotel tax in TND as they'll try and scam you, by charging more in GBP, I paid in TND and they still pocketed the change

The hotel complex is massive and plenty for the kids to do in the daytime with the splashpark and pools. Its a 3 star in north Africa, Please do not expect 5 star Turkey service 🇹🇳

My sons autistic with server special needs honestly it’s such a lovely place the staff go above and beyond to make you feel happy and even went and got my child plain food as he hasn’t eaten properly in days due to his sensory needs nothing to do with the food it’s lovely he just has sensory issues it’s

Such a lovely family hotel only thing was my child struggles to eat at home I did bring him noodles just not enough so they’ve gone out their way to make sure my children has ate something honestly lovely place with lovely staff all the staff are friendly and vey helpful if you have an issue

On the other hand there was another gentleman was very thorough. he helped me pick a nice seafood restaurant

Close to train station, room overall is comfortable (we have to change room during our 3-night stay, as the 1st night was fully booked and we ended up in a room seems to be “pending for refurbishment” even though we booked months ago)

Hotel Residence Monia was a great place to stay in the centre of the city! It a good quiet location on a side alley, the staff were super friendly & helpful! Heaps of restaurants & cafes walking distance away

Been going here for the last 8 years 2 times a years. the hotel cheep staff are great. I always feel safe in this hotel. Family run small hotel which I like Rooms cleaned every day

So for the price I must say they give above what they should. Yes some staff do have off days they are only human lol

Good rooms, middle of everything and nice staff!

What I liked most about this hotel is that it is few steps from the lac area, where you can go out and do a walk, jog or even run by the seaside. I ran for a total length of 5km and I could do more

The room was clean and our balcony pool view so romantic for us on our honeymoon. Food was excellent breakfast to dinner. Entertainment for everyone with wonderful activities for in the pool and at poolside at night

Animation team also very kind. Indoor swimmingpool is the top and by my opinion must have in every hotel. Outside pool looks great and da nature as well

It is within a short walking distance to the beach. The bed linnen was not clean on my arrival. There was a lot of hair in the bed linnen. The house keeper changed the bed linnen for me after I asked

The hotel is large, with spacious rooms. You'll need to be prepared to walk from your room to the restaurant/reception area. There are several pools and plenty of beach chairs

A very nice room with a sea view. Beautiful sandy beach (swept and rolled to perfection) and glorious sea

We arrived for one night and stayed for four. Its public spaces are beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. All rooms have a generous terrace. The grounds and beach are gorgeous

My only criticisms were that the bath towels were very small for a 5 star hotel, and that the restaurant food (buffet) whilst plentiful, was a bit short on seasoning or flavour. And who wants Nescafé for breakfast?

The DJ was a very cool and nice gentleman who played Persian music as soon as I asked for it. The only negative point was that the desserts weren’t refilled after being finished. All in all, it’s a fabulous resort

The general manager was an excellent friendly gentleman who celebrated my daughter’s birthday by sending a cake to our dining table as soon as he realized her birthday was the day before
