Weak point: - outdoor pool a bit small - indoor pool not filled - they have a private beach a few meters away with parasols and deckchairs but there is a lot of seaweed - no entertainment - noisy hotel, loud music from the disco until very late at night

The location of the hotel is very good since you have all the amenities nearby the beach is not clean the pool is too crowded and is not so big the stuff were decent not so helpful the room was confortable not so clean though (the bath wasn't too clean) The food was okay but it was too hot in the restaurant, not much variation in the menu and too much Mouchs

Strong point: - the hotel is large and beautiful - varied food and not bad, frankly we enjoyed it, we ate well - welcoming reception staff, especially the young one, I don't know his name - cleaning lady comes every day, cleaning is done but it's very average - close to the port el kantaoui as well as the Hannibal amusement park

The hotel could not find our booking - STRESSFUL! We had previously stayed at this hotel. We had to wait more than an hour because the hotel did not have our booking

After time wasting communication via ********** app the booking was found. It was stress and terrible experience

Excellent family hotel, the food is delicious, varied, the animation works with a bang!

Reception staff were always willing to help with anything we needed, and the indoor pool was really nice and relaxing. The entertainment was a bit poor, but it wasn’t terrible — just not a highlight of the stay

For us, it’s the people who make the place - from the amazing house keeping and their wonderful creations, to the spotless cleaning, the waiters who feel like friends and the wonderful chefs who make the most amazing creations (a special shout out to the pizza chef who was so friendly and welcoming)

Here are some photos of our favourite people. If you’re looking to horse ride and are already experienced we highly recommend Nouri at Sezar Ranch who took our daughter riding everyday on the beach and lagoon

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely nice, especially the waiters, who truly stood out and made a big difference to our experience. They were friendly, attentive, and always welcoming

We stayed for Christmas and new year and the absolutely amazing banquets and hospitality were really out of this world - we feel very lucky to have found this little gem in Djerba and will return again very soon

I would not rate the hotel as a four star, it is a bit tatty in places and is in need of a refurb especially by the bottom pool and bar area as there was lots of tiles broken and missing

Our first trip to Tunisia and my boyfriend’s first all-inclusive – and the Royal Kenz made it unforgettable! The hotel is beautiful, food was delicious every day, and the staff were just incredible – so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling

If you’re Irish, he’ll even greet you in gorgeous Gaeilge! Tip: use an app for taxis (cheaper than flagging them down) and please tip the staff – they work so hard and truly appreciate it

Special thanks to the lifeguard — such a great guy! The only downside was the beach that supposedly belongs to the hotel — it was quite dirty, with trash and cigarette butts everywhere, and the entrance to the sea full of rocks

However, just a two-minute walk away there’s a beautiful sandy beach, so that’s not really a big issue. Overall, a lovely experience and a very nice holiday

Some workers are rude with the visitor on beach and reception 1/5 The pool man and the guardian's on the beach are rude n no politeness 00/5

Some staff at the beach were behaving in a very inappropriate way, even engaging in sexual acts in front of guests, including children and families

Between the water polo games, darts, and the beach activities, there was always something to do, and everything was well organized

But the highlight of my trip was definitely the amazing animation team. They were full of energy, fun, and creativity, organizing great activities and shows that made every moment exciting

Their positive spirit made our vacation unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back again soon!

Hotel view: The hotel is located on an elevated area in Sidi Bou Said, offering a clear and beautiful view of the sea. However, it does not offer views of the Sidi Bou Said village itself

Accessibility: The hotel is within walking distance for exploring Sidi Bou Said at a relaxed pace, and a sea viewpoint is located directly in front of the property

Guest service and responsiveness: On the first day, the bathtub in the room did not drain properly, making it impossible to take a shower. Access to alternative shower facilities within the hotel was refused

On the second evening, the floor above the room (used as the breakfast area) hosted a large group, and loud noise from chairs and conversations continued until approximately 10:30 PM

On the second day, after we proactively specified our preference for an omelet and juice type in advance, the breakfast was served accordingly. Omelet and Strawberry juice was great

Cleanliness: The room and common areas were very clean, and housekeeping standards were high. Breakfast: On the first morning, we were only asked to choose between coffee or tea

Hotel has its own beach and loungers are provided, so we had two wonderful days of sun, sea and sandy beach

Dinner is somehow limited and you can end up in the bar next to the pool, where everyone smokes so that was a minus. Apart from this, all staff were friendly and helpful and did everything to make us feel at home

The hotel also had a nice courtyard with plenty of greenery and seating, perfect for relaxing. The reception area was welcoming, and the hammam (spa) on the ground floor offered good service at a very reasonable price

Even though the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool you are within walking distance of the bay and on the other side you have the public beach less than a 5 minute walk

The beach Well pisitioned. Bit noisy. Lousy breahfast.no carparking. expensive for what you get.no sea views.

They couldn't have done enough! We had a larger family room, with a double room and living area. Even the sofa beds were extremely comfortable and the room had an amazing view of the Mediterranean sea, castle and hills

We often chilled at the cafe below the hotel at night which also had great friendly service and nice outdoor seating area

There is a covered indoor pool on the 3rd floor, but it’s easier to reach it by stairs than the elevator. ❌ Beach: Beach is far and poorly maintained — dirty, no chairs, and not worth the walk

Rude, dismissive, and with zero hospitality. They made check-in and general questions feel like a chore. ❌ Pool & Facilities: Main pool was dirty most of the time — and at one point, someone literally pooped in it

If you get a cheap deal and you just want a clean place to sleep with decent food, it works. But if you want good vibes, fun atmosphere, real all-inclusive service, or a quality beach experience — look elsewhere

Omg rooms are all suites and spacious with a nice balcony. The hotel itself was very peacful with very nice pools and beach. It was the cleanest beach I ever seen in Tunisia with a crystal water and lots of facilities

Dinner was a buffet with an incredible selection of seafood, Tunisian dishes, fast food, barbecue, a full salad bar, and delicious desserts. The dinner area was in the hotel’s courtyard with a nice view of the pool

I visited the hotel beach and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff. They are very warm and very helpful. The place is called Mermaid and the hotel offers a free shuttle I think

I actually like the room although there is a lot of sacrifices like there is no TV or even sometimes the heating system stops working suddenly ( i were in winter ) and the reception was kind but don’t take care a lot about our complains but overall i like it compared to the price

There is no beach, you enter the sea via stairs directly. But the sea was very clear and clean, a pleasure to swim there. Every room has a balcony, the sea is only meters away and the view was breathtaking

Cons: my room was on the front if the hotel so the airport and train noise made difficult to sleep, but I think rooms deep in the hotel (especially with sea view) wouldn't have this problem

I really enjoyed my one night stay more than I expected to. It was a business trip and I only needed a place to stay the night at a reasonable price, but it was a pleasant stay nonetheless

Well, if you expect luxury and you plan on staying in, and for an extended period, I don’t think this is for you. But, it is a pretty decent hotel, at a very reasonable price
