Fantastic hotel. The views are beautiful. Rooms are very unique and not likely to find similar anywhere else. Excellent location tomorrow view and get to the hot air balloon rides. Pool area is small with very few chairs and service by the pool is not great but overall would recommend. Turtles and peacocks are a nice touch as well

I see why this restaurant has such great ratings. It honestly deserves 5 full stars. The restaurant is beautiful. The food and desserts are delicious. The drinks are stylish and tasty. The ambiance is elegant and almost mysterious. The service is fantastic. They pay attention to detail. They are extremely communicative. I recommend this restaurant without an ounce of hesitation!

This hotel is amazing. The service is like nothing I’ve experienced. There are peacock and turtle gardens. The rooms are endless and beautiful. I deducted one star only because while their wine is good, the wine on tap in their rooms tastes like metal and while the food was good but not the best in the area. The pool is gorgeous and the perfect temperature every time. The whole vibe is great.

This is beyond a doubt the best hotel in Cappadocia. Everything from the staff, luxury rooms, beautiful views, spacious and NON-CROWDED public areas, made our trip incredible. The only regret I have is that we didn’t stay here for our entire visit.

A friend came to visit me, and the hotel mentioned that prior notice must be given to the staff. I apologize for not informing them in advance. The female supervisor insisted that my friend leave immediately, which was very upsetting. It's disappointing that such a high-end hotel treated its guests in such an impolite and uncomfortable manner. However, the other staff members were very friendly. I hope the supervisor can regain her smile and manners. Aside from that, the museum hotel is highly recommended!

Went there for NYE Dinner and Party. Although was pricey, dinner was absolutely delicious. Very well cooked and the combination of menu was extraordinary. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. The party was good too, but the DJ was soooooo bad! Playing just non-sense songs, and not even one music from this decade. For the price they charged, that was not worthy.
The place is beautiful too, didn’t stay in the hotel so I’ll leave a space to rate the rooms in another opportunity.

I stayed there for my wedding in February 2014, and I can’t say anything negative about the experience. The staff were incredibly kind, and their customer relations manager, Miss Arezo, was an absolute angel. She helped us so much and made us feel right at home.
I strongly recommend this hotel and want to thank all the staff and team for creating such amazing memories for us.

This hotel is great, in that a cave hotel is so unique outside of Cappadocia. However, I am not sure that it is spectacular given how many other great cave hotels there are in the area for a much lower price. It makes it hard to properly rate this hotel, which I found to be decent, but not quite worth the price. The rooms are super cool, but again, not sure how they compare to other cave hotels. The dinner was not very good, which can't happen at a luxury hotel. Breakfast was solid, if unspectacular. I would probably consider other cheaper options nearby.
