There are quite a lot of sun loungers on the beach, the staff is attentive, the room is cleaned daily, linen is changed every three days, towels were changed daily

We went quad biking, the children (boys 12 and 17 years old) really enjoyed it! Transfer to the place, Alik kindly warned that you need to take glasses and bandanas, cover your face, you could buy them there, but more expensive than in the store near the hotel

There is not much meat, but there is always something, chicken, turkey, etc. Fruits include plums, apples, pears, oranges, grapefruits, watermelon, melon. The sweets are standard Turkish, everything is delicious

The room is spacious, cleaned daily, bed made daily, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap available, replenished when running out. 5 liters of bottled water, also renewed daily

There are no queues in the dining room, although there are a lot of people, the food includes a lot of vegetables in different forms, baked, stewed, and fresh, very tasty cooked

But in general, you won’t go hungry and everything is delicious. There are not many young people, there are no parties. Mostly all families with children, middle-aged couples

But at least the sea is still pleasant and the beach facilities are also very cosy and romantic with the various pavilions. Please check the wooden children's play area with the slides

Hello, we have been to your hotel three times, we will be back for the fourth time in May. It is a very nice hotel, I just want to come back to it again. I have recommended all my friends to stay here

The kids love it, but some of the wooden parts are loose or torn out. The kids' club and the playground right next to the main building are also great and very popular with our kids

On the beach there are not enough sunbeds for all of the guests. You need to reserve them early in the morning to be on the beach the whole time. The pool with slides works only from 10 to 12 and 14-16

Well, after 10 days in this hotel, I need to express disappointment about the hotel. We were guests from September 10 till September 20 in the standard room, section 4xxx (near to reception)

Food was tasty, and there were plenty of it. The beach bar is only by its name, it is not on the beach. You can get your beverages there and if you want a coffee or tea you need to go across the yard on the terrace bar

Employees are very pleasant and they do what you ask, but you need to ask for towels, toilet paper, to make your room. But I must say that all of them are nice and polite. There is also a variety of food for each meal

The buffet is impressive, and there’s always something for everyone, but they definitely need to work on cleanliness—greasy plates occasionally appear, and clearing leftovers in front of guests spoils the atmosphere

Place is good. Pools, garden, beach and over street local street shoping centre are realy good! Hotel rooms are two and half star.

A wonderful hotel with a very nice sandy beach. The staff are pleasant and attentive, especially in the restaurant. The food is delicious, and the desserts were surprisingly the best I’ve ever had in Turkey

After reading some of the negative reviews before our trip, we were admittedly a bit apprehensive

The toilet also had heavy water stains, which also looked very unhygienic. The shower faucet was also moldy, as were the shower doors and silicone seals in and around the shower. Furthermore, the doors were badly damaged

And I liked music, The DJ created a cool relaxing atmosphere , he played blues jazz and Latin music for every day. It’s like he really understands DJs by Russian music

This year our roads went to Miarosa Incekum Beach Hotel, a wonderful place next to the beach, souronded by trees and brilliant and colorfull flowers, a place where the culture, turkish traditions and cousine intertwine harmoniously and, most of that, the hospitality of the warm people always ready to help you every time you need, even if outside are 40 degrees

I thought that by 5* star hotel every day room cleaning and changing of towels, adding of toilette paper and water is a matter of sure (even in 4* hotel it is a matter of sure), but not in this one

This is an all inklusive hotel but its not all inklusive hotel. If you want to change the yowels for the beach it costs 1 euro

- constant people walking around trying to sell cocktails, tattoos, restaurant bookings, strawberry’s, spa etc not very relaxing or expected at all inclusive - the pool closed on 4 separate occasions due to people pooing in the pool

All I wanted was a little sorry token like a cocktail whilst waiting hour and half for transfer or hour refund on room due to not needing it the whole time as we went back earlier to get ready for our departure

We went back to the room earlier than planned on our last day due to pool closing and they wouldn’t refund the late check out we had paid for

They have an app, a sign and a board at the beach all saying different things. So when that's sorted, all will be perfect

We come to the White City Resort every year. This year we were surprised by the great hotel service staff. Especially security manager: Zeki Topal who is a very professional person, the right man in the right position

The area is ideal because you are close to many shops and transport is available nearby via bus. A great deal of activities to do, especially at the beach, which can be easily organised

Beautiful scenery and a lovely garden, along with the best beach in the area. The pleasant climate in November, relatively few crowds, and easy parking are a bonus

If we pass by, it is a hotel we can stay at again, but I don't think it will be a holiday destination. Also, the streets and avenues are full of garbage and sewage smell. It does not suit a touristic district like Alanya
