I was pretty disappointed with my room, to be honest. It just didn't feel clean or well-kept, which made me question the overall hygiene and safety of the place. Sticky surfaces, dusty corners, and a questionable smell really made it hard to relax and feel comfortable during my stay.

Booked and paid in full! Only to find out the hotel was permanently closed!!! I had to tell Thomas cook! For them to tell me it’s reopened under a different name!!! With a few suspicious reviews!!! Goin to Turkey in July….and no hotel! Thomas cook have been waiting on a response for two weeks!

This hotel head to toe is really a terrible one. I've never seen any hotel as stingy, poor, dirty, lack of any facility-fun-animation etc as this one. I ensure you that you will not find even a single reason to like this hotel. Rooms are terrible, there is no sound isolation in rooms. They are also very dirty and small. Televisions in rooms are not other than scrap. You can assume there is no swimming pool since it looks more like an ornamental pool. There is not many options in respect of foods, deserts, drinks etc. they are not also delicious. In evening there is nothing but mini disco for children. Briefly, if you wish to ruin your holiday it is the best place to visit.

What is written in the offer has nothing to do with how the 24/4 lobby bar is? And with what? With hot water because there is not even tea there. Confectionery? Ok, the room is there, but what next? 2 bars ok and when there are meals one is closed and the other has beer. The bar is generally good but at 10pm they ran out of alcohol. Late snacks? Leftover soup from dinner. Beach bar payable, obliga does not speak English and is rude and absent. And the beach is sandy and rocky to be exact. Guests watched how much ice cream they take (provided) and others. I honestly don't know if it's okay to sell something that doesn't exist.
