Location is very good. The hotel room was clean. Recepcionists don’t speak English practically, but this is something you will encounter throughout all Turkey. Breakfast was average and they allow people to smoke in the breakfast area, which is not good.

They have nice rooms and bad rooms. They have a double bed and a single child's bed in a room. If you book a room ask for a room at the back away from traffic noise. Ask for a bigger room not the small room they will try to give you.

We stayed in the hotel for a night.
There was no concierge service in the hotel. There was no dustbin in the room, the pillows were small, old, compressed by time. The toilet was stinky and the shower area was not properly cleaned. The air conditioning was not working only the heating was working. My room as at the front side facing road and it was difficult for me to sleep with open window due to noise of cars on the road and if I closed the window then the room would get hot due to no ventilation. I called the reception to resolve the issue but the gentleman said he cannot do anything

Location is great, near to all places one would like to visit during trip to Bursa. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, we were overjoyed to receive early check-in. Breakfast was great and more than one can ask for.

Excellent choice for accommodation in the heart of beautiful Bursa. Close to everything. Just steps from the Bazaar and great places to eat and drink. A lovely, clean, new, and very pleasant hotel. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal staff who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. They even helped me out with non travel related questions and did not harass me whatsoever for anything - they were awesome. This hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and have all the amenities. Just wish they had an ironing board. The cleaning team is excellent and hygienic, location is prime in the city centre and right in front of a taxi stand and tram. Very dark room at night for a pleasant sleep and no noise even though there is a busy market beside it. Close to great restaurants. Breakfast was better than any hotel I have stayed in turkey and they have beautiful lobby. Price is very reasonable. Will come back to stay on our next visit to bursa!!!

I love this hotel! My family and I booked two rooms in this hotel. Everything is new. The beds are clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and professional. We are very happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay. I highly recommend.
