Onur was very helpful, he answered what questions we asked. We ask extra water , towel and pillow , he was very generous. There is no parking problem everything was accessible. the place was very clean and the food was very delicious. For sure when we come back we will stay again.

The reception staff were truly helpful and understanding specially when we were in trouble to get another room out of the blue without reservation. We are truly grateful.

We booked this hotel last min, everything was good until we entered our room a very strong smell of cigarette was in the room it was clearly a smoking room which we never asked for it!
There was no shampoo at all just body wash!
Lastly we asked for late check out and they offered us 2pm, but the cleaner came and knock since 12:30pm which was pretty annoying.
I would never visit this place .

The room was actually quite comfortable, with a mini fridge, decent WiFi, and a very comfortable bed. But there were some weird issues with the booking. I had booked and paid in advance, but they still wanted me to pay again for some reason I don't understand. Now I have to go through a lot of unnecessary work to make sure our project doesn't get billed twice. And this wasn't the first time I felt ripped off on this trip. I don't think I'll ever go back to Turkey.
