Odamız cam açık bırakıldığı için çok soğuktu . Zor ısıttık . Odamız arka tarafa baktığı için jeneratör vardı sanırım zor uyuduk çok ses yapıyordu. Kahvaltı yeri inanılmaz soğuktu inerken mont alın mutlaka . Temizlik yeterli seviyedeydi.

We only spent one night here because most of the hotels in the touristic area were booked for the weekend, so it is a little out of the way from the main sights (10 min walk, or short tram or taxi ride). It is close to the tram that goes to the bus station, which was convenient for us. But it is a very nice hotel. The reception area looks a little sad, but the room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and modern although it smelled mildly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Recently redecorated with all i needed. Over the time spent here the staff were very hospitable and made for a comfortable stay. Well done.

I booked a double room, but I didn't notice that it was for one person. I couldn't cancel it when I got to the hotel. It was worth paying an extra 100 yuan to stay.
The hotel has a parking lot, which is great. Breakfast is a bit simple
Service attitude is average, no one at the front desk or restaurant is enthusiastic

The WiFi can be weak in the room but always very good in the lobby

Everything about this budget hotel was great. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, everywhere in the historic heart of Bursa was within a 30 minute walk, and there is a direct light rail to the bus station nearby. I had a nice sunny room with ensuite and felt very safe, plenty of eating options nearby as well.
